We revisited Maia and the service was again exceptional and the food was piping hot and served at a more leisurely pace. I had 3 tacos which were ample as a main meal and each one was delicious. The other dish we ordered was the Korean chicken with a side or rice - which would serve two as a lighter dish. We will revisit if we’re back in town Service was exceptional but the food was barely warm - it was tasty but served really quickly and almost like the pulled beef had come out of the fridge I’d rather wait for hot food and enjoy the atmosphere

Really great spot in the center of Budapest! The food was super tasty and creative loved the beef quesabirria and the chimichanga. Cool vibe, friendly staff, and awesome cocktails. Not your typical Mexican place more of a fusion twist, and it works really well. Definitely worth a visit!

The vibe was AMAZING as well as the food and drinks, we are going to come back for sure. Their unique concept is a mexican fusion vibe and they totally nailed it!

It was our first time at the restaurant, we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. The staff was very attentive and kind they even brought a candle with the dessert. 😊 The food was absolutely delicious, especially the beef quesabirria. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Just opened in January. Great place. Totally new concept. Budapest definitely needs more restaurants like this. Ive lived here for 15 years now and this place feels like your on a trip to mexico! 5 stars for sure

Spent a super fun afternoon at Maia with a friend, and wow, what a vibe. This place isn’t just a Mexican restaurant, it offers a fusion experience with Latin flavors blended with Asian, Mediterranean, and other global twists, creative and seriously delicious. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were next-level — the frozen strawberry basil 🍓🍹cocktail was simply amazing. The whole atmosphere had this fun, vibrant energy. Great music, friendly staff, and just good vibes all around. Thanks for the experience! We'll be back! 🤗

Really special spot. Doesn’t feel like you’re in Budapest when you walk in. The food is crazy good. I had the italo Colada cocktail. I could have drank 10 of them if my friend let me The food was absolutely fire. I loved the beef quesabirria. Music and ambiance are also on a different level. This is my new favorite spot in Budapest for sure.
