                                                                                What I expected from Maggiano's. Food was good, server was very attentive. Chef came out and gave us a run down of the menu (randomly, not requested). Overall enjoyed the evening with them.

                                                                                I often visit this location. This time we were celebrating a birthday with a large group. My first thought was to try Maggiano’s because they often accommodate large parties without hassle. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our waiter, Craig, was awesome. Special thanks to the staff for making my mother’s birthday dinner an amazing experience.

                                                                                Our waitress Jessica, was phenomenal. We had a large party, and the place was extremely busy. Despite all that, she was extremely attentive to all of us. The food was really yummy. It was extremely loud, so if you’re looking for a quiet location for conversation would recommend a different location. Our overall experience was great .

                                                                                It was Easter and the place was packed. It did take over an hour to get our food. Thankfully I had a reservation so we came right in and sat down. We were told the kitchen was backed up. Our food was lukewarm when it arrived. They may have just over booked themselves.

                                                                                VERY disappointed in Maggiano's. They revised the Family Style dining and NOT in a good way. We decided against getting it, as the options have changed for the worse. We did try the new wagyu meatballs and they were outstanding. The chicken parm was bland. The fettuccini Alfredo had a new recipe. We used to LOVE it. Now, it's a basil nightmare. It tastes like herbs and the traditional flavor is gone. The chef is trying to be too cute with the recipe and it's not working. The service was OUTSTANDING. The food is no longer... last time there, unfortunately. So long, Maggiano's.

                                                                                There replaced the old price fixe menu (which we just loved) that was reasonably priced with a “2 for $88”which the entire table must order and comes with so much food there’s no way it can be eaten. The quality on this new prix fixe menu has definitely gone down compared to the old one in my opinion. They won’t allow a single substitution and the Caesar salad is really pitiful compared to their other salads which you are “not allowed” to order. Food is okay but I won’t be a regular anymore.
