                                                                                Always excellent food and generous portions. Our Easter supper was delicious and we were very well attended to throughout the meal. Though the restaurant was active it wasn’t frantic in the evening hours. Branzino and lasagna are top notch entrees. We will be back!

                                                                                Overall we had a good experience but at first I was worried we were going to have to find dinner for our large party somewhere else. We had a 4pm reservation for 16 and they attempted to seat us around 4:30. When I say "attempted", I mean, they tried to seat us upstairs, which one of the people in our party is legally handicapped and walks with a cane. He could not access the table without walking up a huge flight of stairs. The 3 people working the hostess area was less than empathetic and told us this was it. I'm not sure who stepped in but they accommodated him by seating us downstairs. after that incident, everything was wonderful. Our server was Amanda and she was amazing, def made everything much better.

                                                                                Today me and my family had the pleasure of trying out Maggianos for the first time. The service was spectacular!! Iour waiter was very knowledgeable and kind. Our food came quickly and everything was delicious!! I enjoyed every bit of this experience and will recommend others to dine at Maggianos as well.

                                                                                Our server was so sweet and friendly. She was happy to celebrate my mother in law’s graduation and was knowledgeable and efficient. We don’t often go to chain restaurants because Richmond has so many places to go but Maggiano’s did not disappoint. My food was nothing to write home about but I was satisfied and my guests loved their food. They made some changes and increased prices (who hasn’t) but with their service and consistency in mind, I really can’t complain.
