Magdalena’s unique Italian experience was evident the moment I stepped inside the restaurant. The hostess greeted me with a genuinely warm smile and quickly escorted me to a seat at the large bar, which I had requested on Open Table. Within minutes my waiter presented me a glass of iced water as he recited the day’s specials, all of which sounded delicious. Having placed my food order, I opted for a glass of robust Amarone, a choice I seldom see offered by the glass. My delicious meal was served quickly and definitely calls for another visit the next time I’m in Houston. Hat’s off to owner Nicolas Nikic for creating such a warm & cozy dining experience!

Best thin pizza I have found in Houston. The Caesar salad was delicious & big enough split. It was relaxed here ...we had to flag the waiter to come & take our order. Otherwise, lovely experience. Owner/chef delivered the food & checked with us. We were there for lunch & not very crowded. I will certainly go back.

Everything was great. If I am nitpicking, I need to mention 2 things. 1) the spaghetti wasn't salted and there wasn't any salt shaker on the table. We added grated cheese instead. We still were happy. 2) the menu didn't include specials for the day which I understand. They forgot to tell us until I asked. Of course none of the above will change the fact that the waiters did an amazing job. I also thank the owner for his continuous presence, his smiles and for compensating a small problem with a free appetizer.

Very good food highly recommended everything was made to perfect nice and friendly staff couldn’t go wrong, I will for sure be coming here again!

Wonderful neighborhood restaurant with high quality food as we should always be eating when we dine out. Chef Nicolas’ food is delicious. Also, the atmosphere is inviting, comfortable and relaxing.

Wow! Our meal was delightful, truly delicious. We recently returned from Italy, and Magdalena’s met the high bar to be sure! Service was above and beyond excellent! We will definitely return and highly recommend this lovely restaurant!

Great dining experience! Food is so fresh and large portions. Great value. The restaurant was near capacity on a Friday night and the service was perfect and the noise level was low! What else could you want?

Magdalena's is truly special to me. Nikolas and his team consistently deliver outstanding cuisine and warm, top-tier hospitality. The pizza is fantastic and you should trust their recommendations at every turn. Thankful to have discovered this place so early.

The menu choices were exceptional, the table service was noteworthy, and the indoor decor was impeccable. My wife and I felt like we were in Italy on our honeymoon all over again. The patio is beautiful, and outdoor dining offers an inviting change of pace. The wine list is worthy of a five- star Italian destination. To top off our memorable evening, Magdalena's owner/chef visited our table, and made us feel like family (be sure to check out his superlative culinary history on their website). We will return soon and also share our exceptional dining experience with our friends and family. A hearty thank you to Magdalena's!
