   Reception was lovely, ambience and scenery fabulous However the server took our main to another table whilst we were still having our starters so it went back to the hot plate We were then rushed to finish our starter I wasn't finish and it was taken away and we were told the server is ready because the kitchen closes at 2230 Meanwhile people came in after 2200hrs and was served as they hugging and shaking hands with the servers the servers even made time to sit with them and serve them after 2230 Our main was almost taken away before we finished we had to tell the server we weren't finished As we were celebrating a birthday I had to ask for the birthday gesture cake and candle even though it was mentioned on the booking

   A favourite venue but service was terribly slow last night

   The vibe is always 10/10 and cannot fault it. What I was little upset about on this visit, especially as we were celebrating two birthdays, my 41st and my ladies 40th. We arrive 1 hour early as we planned to have drinks before hand. We were told we had to pay extra to be able use the bar area even though we had a table reservation. We had one drink each and then went for dinner. We were looking forward to going back to bar area after our food, especially as we’d paid to use this area but we were told we were unable to go back in as it was full so the only option was to leave basically. Don’t get wrong the food and service was great. Was just a little let down by this.

   Love the rooftop bar and DJ area pre drinks, although very crowded as it's a small area Dinner was really really nice, good prices and great choice on the menu!

   So pleased that I took advantage of the current TimeOut meal offer as it was fantastic value! My friend and I had a lovely time catching up over our meal. Every course was delicious and plentiful. The staff made sure my food allergies were noted and provided guidance from the special offer menu. I cannot fault their service and the food we received. I enjoyed the delicious smoked salmon with potato salad to start, followed by the chicken breast with parma ham topped with the rocket and parmesan salad. I ended with the emormous mango and coconut sundae! It was amazing!!

   the food was very good. It was only a set menu there was no a le carte menu which was a surprise as you can book a table for a le Carte. The service was a little slow, we asked for some water and they forgot to bring some to the table. The noise level from the bar is very loud and tables on the restaurant outside are also on the louder side.

   Food was expensive but good, especially the puddings. The service was hugely disappointing. The wine arrived but no wine glasses, the puddings came and a further wait for spoons. We ordered a side dish of potatoes which didn't arrive (clearly forgotten) and we had to wait ages to get the attention of a waiter and ask where the potatoes were. No acknowledgement that this was an error. Automatically charged 15% for service on the bill which was over £25. As it was a special birthday treat for my husband I felt too embarrassed to challenge this. We won't go again as £190 for lunch is a lot of money and this visit wasn't worth that.

   Firstly from the gentleman at the first reception outside. Very warm greeting and immediately asked if we had a reservation. Excellent and classy, looked dapper might we add. Secondly, the young lovely lady at desk in the restaurant. Fabulous greeting and wished us a happy anniversary which was really a sweet touch of class. Very welcoming and friendly. Super service and excellent representation of the brand. Our main waiter was brilliant and also answered our queries and provided great recommendations. Efficient service all round and we did not wait long to be offered drinks as well as ordering our main courses. The food was excellent. Full of flavour and great portion sizes. Presentation was 10/10. The Anniversary cake was rounded off a wonderful evening my partner and I truly enjoyed. We are really sorry that we didn't take the names of the staff. However, it would be rude for me to describe them by appearance. We will return for another special night. Madison..... magnificent Lasselle

    I booked for 3 people through TimeOut offers and on arrival I was given a dedicated TimeOut menu. It was slightly different from the one shared on the booking website but with enough choice to accommodate your taste. It was meant to be a 3 courses with starter, main and dessert but unfortunately two of us never received the side with our main so we decided to have our main before getting cold and then let the Manager know that it was too late for a side as our main was already been eaten. We ordered drinks separately and we had to ask several times for the drinks menu and we received our cocktails order and the wine all together just a minute before the food started arriving. It was almost empty when we got in but started getting busier and other people 'a la carte' were prioritised. After my complaint for the missing sides we received acup of champagne and we were discounted of the bottle of wine with all the apologies. Fairplay but I wouldn't book through TimeOut again
