   My visit to Madison’s was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The food was unappetizing and poorly prepared, resembling low-quality pub fare despite the steep prices. Service was slow, disorganized, and riddled with mistakes—including errors with both our order and the final bill. The overall dining environment was unpleasant: tables were dirty and dusty, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. At one point, visibly intoxicated individuals were being escorted from the restrooms, creating serious concerns about the venue’s safety and oversight. Considering the cost, the quality and experience fell shockingly short. I would not recommend Madison’s to anyone seeking a decent meal or a comfortable dining experience

   The atmosphere is very nice. Our location was comfortable and the view was great. The service was timely and attentive. Everything served was as requested and the quality of the food was excellent.

   Lovely experience. Haven’t dined there in a while, but noticed that menu prices were astronomical. 2-course meal for two persons, including cheap wine for dinner was £80 per person. Rooftop is great over Spring/Summer, but it was pricey. Food as delicious though.

   Loved the food. The music. The waiter was always paying attention and filling up my glass. Place was very clean and organized . Definitely coming back

   Vegetarian options were really poor and not nice especially the tofu toastads, was one of the worst meals I have ever had. But ambience and was good.

   I dined there for a birthday from a Time Out offer of around £30 for three courses drinks not included. It was a lovely experience, the view of St Paul's was unique and made the ambience special. The food full of flavour and a nice selection of a choice of three starters, three mains and two desserts. Me and my guest really enjoyed our selection and appreciated the efficient, polite and attentive service. I will definitely return over the Summer as it's alfresco dining at it's best in London.

   Excellent food and service, amazing view, but from the website was expected a more relaxed vibe with Jazz music. The patio was packed and crowded and when we got to the restaurant it had house music playing all the time. Not a compliant but a mis match of expectations, I'd recommend Madison as a great place to kick start a full on evening out, but as a place to unwind and chill I cannot. We went as a small group from work after an all day meeting, hoping to unwind but holding a conversation was hard work. Like I say, not a compliant, just an observation.

    1. The website advertises a set lunch menu which is what I booked (and mentioned in the notes on the reservation) only to be told on the day that this was not available 2. Food was average at best. You are basically paying for a restaurant with a view with very average food so if you want that fine. If you want decent food - skip 3. Service was touch and go at best. Had to ask twice for water. Menu's took a while to arrive and again had to ask two people for desert menu. Cutlery was missing from the table when the mains arrived. Given an extortianate 15% service tip you would at least expect 'basic' service. 4. For some reason the music outside at one point turned up so loud that you could not hear yourself talk. Honestly there are better views in London for a better price, better food and better service. Avoid this place!
