It was my third visit to Madison and I love the vibe there. This time food was just amazing, service was outstanding. We got complimentary fizz for our anniversary too. Loved sitting on the sunny terrace enjoying the food. It was lovely experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you

Would only come back again for drinks. The bottomless brunch food wasn’t as good. You have to pay additional for bottomless drinks which I find quite cheeky because most places include that in one price. Me and my partner paid £92 each which is extortionate especially since the food wasn’t really good which we barely ate. Your just paying more because it’s in central London. Service was good though but food was really disappointing

Review for Madison Restaurant – Friday, 20th June We had a fantastic evening at Madison on Friday, 20th June. We had booked a table for four, and upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager, Damiano, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. He kindly arranged for us to move to a larger, more comfortable table with an amazing view. His Italian attention to detail really stood out – he was professional, warm, and clearly experienced. A big thank you to Damiano for making us feel so well looked after. The setting was beautiful, with breathtaking views and a great atmosphere. The Ibiza-style DJ in the background added the perfect touch to the evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service, stylish surroundings, and a memorable night out.

I recently dined here, and I have to say the service and ambiance were absolutely top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home, while the setting had a cozy, inviting vibe that really enhanced the overall experience. As for the food, everything was quite nice. The flavours were fresh, however, when it comes to the vegan options, I expected a bit more creativity. The dishes featured ingredients like tofu and vegan feta, which, while tasty, are things I can easily buy at my local supermarket and use at home. I was hoping for something a bit more innovative or unique to make the meal stand out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it, but I’d love to see more exciting and original plant-based offerings in the future.

The service was appalling. We reserved a table and told first come first served in terms of where you sat. This was not true. It was a beautiful evening and the reason for choosing the venue. There were no seats outside when we arrived, so we asked for a window seat inside. We were told those seats had been allocated to a party that hadn’t arrived. This was contrary to what I had been told when making a reservation. After the main course there were seats outside. The lady on the desk said we could sit outside and we moved. A male member of staff aggressively said we could not sit there because it was reserved at 8.30, so we said we would moved at 8.30, but again queried making reservations for specific tables. No one arrived at 8.30pm. At 8.50 they told us we must move again and that someone had booked the table 6 months earlier. The staff could not agree between themselves regarding the reservation system. The staff mostly agreed with us that there was no fair policy in place. In the end they allowed us entry to an event that was taking place on the roof terrace. The event itself was great. It was a hot summer night, with a band, music and the backdrop of St Paul’s Cathedral and the London skyline. The success of the venue relies entirely on its roof terrace and views. The food was ok but overpriced for what it was. Given the location that was expected. The service however was the worst I’ve experienced in a long long time.

I thought the food was great, but there were some issues with the service. We were initially served by a young waiter who was new to the restaurant who was super friendly and helpful. One of our party did not like any of the main meal options so asked for a starter and dessert which was agreed. However, when the rest of our food came she was served an empty plate with no explanation. We sat there for 5 minutes before we caught someone to ask them what was going on. Someone who appeared to be a manager came over and said they would sort it but made us feel like it was our fault. While we were eating dessert, the same manager came over with our bill and said that we should not have been allowed to order a starter and dessert and we should remember that for next time. He generally made me feel unwelcome and as if the restaurant was doing us a favour by letting us have a table. It is a real shame because the food was good, it is a great location and some of the staff were really nice. It just puts a real dampener on things when some of the staff make you feel unwelcome.

We were seated at a table with a view but unfortunately had to be moved to a table at the back of the restaurant. The host kindly brought us some complementary fizz to compensate.
