   Food was just so-so, but main problem was that 3 perfectly healthy customers had upset stomachs right after returning home.

   When I tell you this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. We booked our reservation way in advance (like months) and when we arrived which was 15 min before our reservation we were told that we would have to wait atleast 90+ minutes and had no server for our table. Worst experience ever. If they knew this was an issue, people who made reservations should have been contacted with atleast a little notice or warning instead of when you show up for a reservation you’ve had for a while and made a specific reservation due to being close to music venue where my party was attending.

   My wife and I had a 7:30 reservation. Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our table, which is to be expected on a busy night. But our server was horrible. The manager had to bring our first cup of water. Then the server finally took our drink & appetizer order. I had to stop a different server to get our waters refilled. Finally at 10 after 8 the server took our order. We waited until right at 9 and decided to leave when our food still had not made it as we watched table after table get served. Another table that was seated at the same time as us left because they never even got their appetizer. I wish I could've at least tried the food as the appetizer was pretty good. I did pay for our appetizer and drinks, as we did enjoy them. But the service needs some attention for sure.

   We had a great time at your Restaurant and it was a great atmosphere. We will be coming again. We had a a great date night at Mad Dog101. We appreciate have the opportunity to come to your Restaurant.

   The steak was supposed to have medium well, it was well done and the size of a hamburger patty, even the table next to us said that , service was just ok, this is the 1st not so good experience I’ve ever had there 😞

   This is amazing place to eat and get together with friends and family for any occasion, must try !! Best in eldorado and surrounding areas

   Our server was great! However, the bartender was very slow. We ordered more drinks halfway through our meal and we were basically finished eating before we got the drinks. Plus we were charged 14% tax on the mixed drinks. Well come back, but we will just drink water next time.

    Mad House is a fabulous place to experience a piece of history of El Dorado paired with delicious food. The staff made us feel most welcome and even took us on a tour of the restaurant to see the music venue and the historical impact of the building itself. Definitely recommend!
