   Perdida de dinero y tiempo, todo muy basico, no hay ninguna experiencia wow , la decoración muy banal y pobre, solo la vajilla te recuerda que es una experiencia de Alicia en el pais del desastre… la comida fatal, el te delicioso, el trato fue profesional y muy bueno gracias a Abigail, pague 145 libras esterlinas por dos personas la peor y mas cara inversión! Jamas lo recomendaría.

   Cute theme, the kids liked it. The food was underwhelming. The cakes were right on theme and looked great but alas didn’t taste as good as they looked. $23 for a glass of champagne and not even a full glass. The scones were a highlight and the service was attentive and friendly, but overall it was an expensive experience that didn’t live up to expectations.

   The staff were very pleasant however our empty teapots were not cleared away after receiving our refills but charged £26 for service! The cake flavours were overpowering & artificial, the vegan carrot cake had an awful texture & very strong artificial taste & both the mushroom buckwheat tart & the scones were rock hard. Too concerned for my teeth to eat them. The floor between the plant pots were very dusty & some floor boards were broken. For a themed afternoon tea the only decorations were some playing cards stuck on plant pots & a tea towel attached to a pillar. £221 in total for 3 people. We've been to better for less, in fact we could've (should've) gone to the ritz for just £10 more!

   This is a great afternoon tea. Great eye for detail on the Mad Hatter theme. Unlimited sandwiches and plenty of cake. Can definitely recommend this.

   The Mad Hatter's Tea was fantastic. Service was great, everything was delicious, including the gluten-free options offered to my celiac husband. Would definitely do it again!

   Very friendly staff, pleasurable experience, follows the “Alice in Wonderland” theme with great crockery, some dress up clothes which is a nice touch, lovely selection of teas. We felt as it was Easter they could have elevated the courtyard by adding in a few Easter decorations, just a thought for next year.

   As always one of the best afternoon teas around. Food is delicious. Sitting out in the courtyard is so comfortable. The extra sandwiches we an absolute treat.

   Such a fun atmosphere! The tea was delicious and the bites were so TASTY! We could not finish all of it. Highly recommend!

   Gorgeous little afternoon tea for my daughters birthday. We loved everything about it. Staff were so helpful too

    Quite rich for them to add a 13.5% service charge they claim is discretionary when the minimum charge is £65 pp. When the locals requested it to be removed at the table next to me it was with no questions asked. I attempted the same and was met with a response of “yes, it’s an included service charge”. Needless to say this left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return on my next visit to London.
