    10/10, great food, great staff!! There is no parking in Chagrin Falls so it’s awesome that they have the courtesy valet. Will always go back.

    The menu at M is great with many interesting options. Unfortunately the noise level and lack of air conditioning made our experience less than desirable.

    The restaurant, open to the outside, was 90 degrees plus, (especially since we were near the pizza oven) without the benefit of a breeze. The open kitchen noise level was so high we couldn't converse. We noticed half way through our meal that other tables were getting bread- we never got any. Silverware, glasses, dishes were dirty. Overpriced- eight dollars to have 6 very small shrimp added to my 18 dollar pasta dish. I will not recommend this restaurant. The food, at least, was well prepared.

    Fantastic Saturday late afternoon dinner experience at M Italian! It was all outstanding from the waiter, the food, meal timing, and the patio was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Not impressed at all with M Italian. I had heard from a friend that they had bad service back in the winter but brushed it off as a one-off. Unfortunately, our service was bad, too. Our server never came back to see if we needed anything and she was not friendly at all. The entire restaurant had no air conditioning….our visit was on June 27 in 80°+ temps with high humidity. The food was edible, at best. We went for the Chagrin Falls experience but there are other restaurants besides this one. I do not recommend M Italian!

    M Italian is a VERY busy place. We sat on the patio which was very pleasant on a Summer night. Our server, hostess, and every other staff member were pleasant and helpful, despite being so busy. Our dinners were very tasty. You can't say they don't give you enough food. The only negative, which is nobodys fault, is the noise level. It varies but it can get real loud. We will return.

    The chicken parmigiana was a disappointment. Way too much cheese. The pasta had Alfredo sauce on it. I’m not sure why. The pizza was under baked and soggy. I don’t plan on returning to M Italian.
