   Excellent service by Zack. Johnny the manager was engaging and made us feel welcome. Happy hour and our dinner was exceptional.

   We arrived at 8:15 for our 830 reservation. The greeter said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. At 8:40 we still have not been seated and I approached and asked when we would be seated. She once again said 10 to 15 minutes. At 9 PM I asked when we would be seated and she once again said 10 to 15 minutes. We then proceeded to order food because our kids were super hungry and asked that once we were seated the food we brought to our table. At 9:15 I asked for the manager who could not find her reservation. Finally, he found it. He said the reservation was canceled. Which it was not. We finally seated and then needed to figure out where our food was. A server appeared and asked us to pay for our food that we had ordered already. We paid for it and she said it would be out shortly and no point in any other server, stop at our table to ask us if we needed anything. Our food finally arrived about 15 minutes later and take out boxes. Clearly no one has a clue of how to run a restaurant. We asked her to be replaced in the server through complete attitude at us. The only person who was helpful was a server named Tina. You should promote her and give her a raise. Really bad service overall.

   Very disappointed this time. Food was not as good as it usually is. They also got new outdoor seating that was very uncomfortable.

   Sat there for 20 minutes with dirty table and not one server appeared. Never go back again .

   Great restaurant. Sitting on the patio is lovely and fun. Service is stellar and food was plentiful and appealing. We did send potatoes back because they were too spicy for the Marsala sauce but new ones were returned quickly that were beautifully plated and delicious. Highly recommend.

   The quiche was not very good and the service was a bit lacking. The salted caramel gelato delicious.

   Unfortunately I had to send my food back because it was cold which was a shame. In fairness the server looked after us well and they replaced my meal which was good the second time around.

   My party of 4 had a truly exceptional time at M Italian in Chagrin Falls. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have celebrated Easter here. We always leave feeling elated and very satisfied. We had a wonderful server in Gabriella. You have a true gem in Gabriella. We hope to visit M in the very near future.

   Went with husband and 3 kids. Server was sweet, food that we got was good but service was so slow that we only got appetizers and had to make more food at home. Not sure if this experience is common.

    The server seemed new, or we were a pick-up table outside of his section. Server presence was not there. Took a while to order entrees. The drink I ordered before our dinner arrived... didn't arrive until I asked for it a second time and after being nearly finished with the meal. Drink was definitely forgotten. I'd understand it being a holiday. But the restaurant was not full or all that busy. Uncertain if the drink sat or not and was strained over fresh ice. But it arrived almost immediately. Overall experience was ok... Service was sub-par.
