   I live up the street and come to the dining area often. This was by far the worst experience and we will not be coming back. Drinks were fine, but we were never offered refills. At some point, one of the guests was sipping on a glass half filled with ice, drink being gone, had direct eye contact with the waitress, and nada. Bread and appetizers came before the drinks. Dinner entrees showed up shortly after, we didn’t even have a chance to finish appetizers. One entree was missing. We finally were able to flag the waitress and she claimed “the kitchen forgot”. It finally did come out, but was overcooked and cold, not eatable. We sent it back and were told we wouldn’t be charged for it. How nice, except the entire dinner was a complete disaster and should have been comp’d. This was a special occasion with friends visiting from out of town and I was embarrassed. This place went from underwhelming to plain amateur. So unfortunate, given the prime location. Luckily, there are plenty of better dining options in the area.

   This is my favorite restaurant, but it really missed the mark this time. Half of our party were served the wrong dish, which was corrected, but obviously took longer to come out. We canceled the second drink we ordered because we were all done with the meal and it still hadn’t come out (ordered when food was delivered). We were celebrating a birthday and looking forward to ordering dessert, again one of my favorites, but the waiter was so busy and inattentive/forgetful that we ended up just paying the bill and leaving. Very disappointing this time.

   The food was not Extremely disappointing experience – not worth the hype! I visited this so-called “fancy” Italian restaurant last night with my partner and another couple, and honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. First of all, the restaurant was relatively empty, yet it took ages for our drinks and food to arrive. How is that even possible? When the food finally did come, it was completely inedible. I had to send back two plates of spaghetti – they were soaking in water, had no sauce, no seasoning, and zero flavor. Just plain, bland, watery pasta. The bread they served was dry, and even after I asked for fresh bread, the waitress brought us another round of the same dry, reheated bread. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that brands itself as upscale. The steak was decent, but nothing special – and honestly, it’s much harder to mess up steak than to properly cook pasta. I’m incredibly disappointed. For the prices they charge and the reputation they seem to have, I expected a high-quality dining experience. What we got instead was slow service, terrible food, and an overall unpleasant evening. Definitely would not recommend and I will not be returning.

   We did not have a server help our table for at least 20 minutes, which was annoying. But once we finally had a waiter, he was attentive and most efficient.

    Very disappointed in our experience at M’Italian. We noted in our reservation that this was a combined birthday/anniversary meal. After we were seated, our server offered little guidance in choosing items and no friendly banter. When we finished our main course, he never offered coffee, after dinner drinks, or desert. He brought our ticket, took our card, and that was it. What a let down. The best part of our M’Italian experience? The valet staff. They were outstanding, both when we arrived and when we departed.
