Overall experience was enjoyable. My wife and I did a date night here and the ambience was nice. The service was quick and efficient. Food arrived to our table with little wait time. It all tasted great. The price of the food was a little high for the portion size but was competitive and comparable to other restaurants in the area. We would certainly recommend this restaurant and be back again.

Our server Ben did an excellent job, pleasant attentive. Noise level was very high and did not allow much direct conversation among diners. Happy hour choices were excellent and quickly served.

We had the best waitress. Her name was Lauren…she told us that because of a birthday we would get complimentary champagne. She was respectful of our time together . My experience was great

I made a reservation yet our party had to wait 15-20 minutes until we were seated. What’s the point of booking a reservation and unfortunately the service was slow not a pleasant experience overall.

Our dinner at M Italian was very good. We ordered 3 different options and each of us was pleased with the meal. Our server was tremendous! She was pleasant, well versed on the menu and added a special touch to our dinner. We sat fairly close to the bar so it was a bit noisy but all in all a very enjoyable time! We will be back !

We decided to dine at M Italian after reading a positive review from a friend. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. When we arrived at our table, it was clean, but the tabletop, menus, and chairs were wet and hadn’t been dried. The waiter was friendly. Unfortunately, our water glass were not clean, and we needed replacement. When the food arrived, it was on time, but we were served the wrong meals twice. One of our guests ordered the lasagna dish, which looked good but was slightly dry and overcooked, lacking tomato and pasta sauce. On the bright side, they had gluten-free pasta options, which I appreciated for my dish.

Our experience was mixed. Food was good, but the dining room was so loud you couldn’t even talk to the person next to you. Couple delayed meals (one being cold) but the great service helped.
