   After standing in line waiting for 5 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement, it seemed as if no one was in charge. Noisy and not a place to go for conversation. Good for quick bite.

   First visit to Lyfe Kitchen with a group of friends. The food was great and the selections plentiful but we were on our own! Had made a reservation through Open Table to reserve a table but when we got there, they said they don't take reservations. Good thing we met for an early lunch because within half an hour, the place was packed and we would have had to wait to find a seat. This is an order-at-the-counter and seat-yourself establishment - although they bring out your order when ready, it's virtually self serve. So if you don't want to stand in a long line out the door, don't visit at peak dining times! Otherwise, enjoy

   Not sure why you need reservations for a restaurant that you order at the counter. There was no one to check in with so why even bother? Very strange. Food is great but the location (in a mall) would keep me from going back for anything other than lunch. I would definitely frequent this establishment more often if the location were not in a mall.

   I had their beef hamburger. It was simply okay. It was a mixture of fast food and sit-down restaurant. I was expecting more of a sit down restaurant where the staff come to your table to take your order, but you walk in and order your food at the counter. Being my first visit and not being familiar with the menu, I felt rushed in placing my order so I wouldn't hold up the line. The ordering line can be long due to first timers like me. I will make another visit and give it one more chance.

   Everything on the menu look very healthy and they are all below 600 calories! The service was wonderful and everyone is so nice. I reserved it through open table, even though it's not really taking reservation because there're not that many people on July 4th. But they figured it out and although the food portions were relatively small, because they are organic and locally sourced, I think they are worth the extra buck. Plus their freshly squeezed beverages were super delicious, too!

   They have a lot of kinks to work out. Although I had a reservation, they seemed surprised that they were even available on OpenTable. When I said we had a reservation, they still wanted us to order at the counter, get our own water and pick what ever table we wanted. We sat outside and about 1/2 way though our dinner, the table next to us (who was already seated) ordered from their menus with a server... My companion decided to have an additional glass of wine, asked our busser for a glass. Wine was delivered. Had we not said something just prior to leaving for the evening, the glass would have gone uncharged. Food was OK, but service, everyone was pleasant, just not completely on the same page (or book...)

   The menu offers a variety of options and has various dietary accommodations, if needed. The chia seed beverage is huge and a great refreshing summer beverage. The manager was kind enough to go over the menu and made some excellent recommendations for my group. No complaints and we'll be back for sure!
