   Everything was perfect! We ate here for our 25th anniversary. We were greeted with a 'happy anniversary' by the host. We had excellent, friendly service by the host and the server. All the food was amazing. The restaurant was not noisy. The sound was just right. Great ambience, great atmosphere. I can't remember the last time I came out of a restaurant completely satisfied. I for sure want to go back. Thank you, Lux!

   Very nice meal with great service thanks Natalie. Some very good drinks to choose from if you don’t like wine or beer.

   Went to Lux before the hockey game. My dining partner ordered the tenderloin and I ordered the sirloin. We had the poutine and Caesar salad as our sides and they were excellent. The Caesar salad dressing was perfect. Just the right amount of garlic, creaminess and tang. The poutine was delicious. Shortly after our meals arrived the server returned and asked how things were. We hadn’t yet taken a bite of the steaks so we told her things were good. I cut into my steak and it was good. My dining partner’s steak was tough and difficult to chew. When the server came back we told her and she immediately said, “why did you say everything was good”. I explained we hadn’t tried our steaks yet. As we were trying to talk to her she cut us off and said she would send the manager over. While we were waiting for the manager I had a couple more bites of my steak and since it was cooked the way my dining partner ordered their steak we realized the served had mixed up our orders. When the manager came over I explained that and while he did apologize he bluntly asked us what we wanted to do. He offered to give us free parking but we hadn’t parked in their parkade. We were on our way to the hockey game and we didn’t want to be late so we asked for the steak to be taken off the bill. He looked at his watch and said well you have plenty of time. Since we had finished the sides and shared my steak we didn’t want to wait and eat an afterthought steak. The server returned and was very prickly. She blamed the kitchen for not giving her the plates in the right order. We had to catch the servers attention again to get the bill and when it arrived they took the lesser cost of the steaks off the bill. I want restaurants to realize how difficult it is to send something back. In this situation it was their mistake yet we had to be inconvenienced and made to feel bad. I expected them to take the higher priced steak off the bill but they didn’t. We left disappointed and won’t likely return.

   Most meals were good but one rib eye ordered had no rib cap. Managers excuse was they cut steaks in house so rib eye may not have rib cap. $65 for a 12oz rib eye with no rib cap is definitely not worth the price.

   Went for my husbands birthday and service was very slow, seated at a table with sun in our eyes. Both my husband and my steak was very underdone, lobster tail came out raw. Not a good experience all around. Staff did take the steak back to re-cook and they did take $40 off our $390 bill however, didn’t make the experience much better.

   Great Service! Food was ok, comparable to Keg. It was not busy at all probably due to it being expensive. Dessert was a bit disappointing, we had the Almond Torte. Overall it was good.

    We went to celebrate our anniversary and Bob the manager went above and beyond doing things we didn’t expect, like a free appetizer and a card for anniversary. The food was amazing and our waitress was also great! We will be back again
