We did not get our food until 2 hour and 5 minutes after we ordered it. My fish and chips was served without tartar sauce, or ketchup for my fries or the side salad I ordered. I told the person who delivered the food that the side salad was missing. The other person in my party asked for the dressing on his Reuben to be served on the side but it wasn’t. Our server was very apologetic for everything and comped my meal. We were close to finished when she came by and asked if we’d like the check. No offer for dessert and the bill was delivered just before we finished eating. The other guest with us had chicken Parmesan which she said was very good.

This restaurant has improved greatly with service, food, and ambience. Thanks to the new company for an excellent menu too!

Lovely dinner with friends at the newly reopened Lux Grill! Excellent service, great drinks, and delicious North Palm Salad! Thanks to all who worked hard identifying and on-boarding our new A-Team! So happy that our outdoor bar is staffed again too! Be back soon!

Food was outstanding and so was the service. Everything we had was great. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Drinks were also great.

We were seated outside immediately as per reservation. The available tables had bird poo on them. We were told someone would be right back to clean table. Lux was not busy at 6:00. Only one other table outside and a few inside. Despite the hostess poking her head out and pointing to our table no one ever came around. We left and went elsewhere for dinner with our guests. At least two people standing at hostess stand saw us walkout and did not attempt to talk to us. Very disappointing after our loyalty to the restaurant.
