    We have been here a few times and always have a great experience. The rooftop dining makes Lumi a special place in the Gaslamp Quarter. We were with a group and ordered a wide variety of sushi rolls and dishes. I highly recommend the Suntory Highball for a cocktail. They have one of few Suntory Highball machine in SD. It is very refreshing and light, great on a warm evening.

    We had a wonderful birthday dinner here! Connor did a fantastic job as our server. He was knowledgeable, decisive, helpful, and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was fun and had a beautiful view of the city. The food and drinks were unique and delicious. Highly recommend!

    The Seabass roll and lychee cocktail were amazing. Our server was fantastic as well. It was a beautiful evening and being outdoor like that was such a treat after being indoors at a conference all day long. My coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

    BEST SUSHI WE HAD HAD IN OUR LIFE We love sushi we 70 and 65-so we have eaten sushi once a week at least for most of our life and around the world it was amazing we went for my birthday celebration

    The food, the ambulance was amazing. The service was terrible. To spend $400 on food and to get $2 service…not sure I would go again

    We eat here every time we are in San Diego. We make a point of it. We have not been disappointed. We have our favorites, and we like to try their additions. This visit we had the tried and true surf and turf roll-so good. Love the toasted garlic/ scallions. Our new experience was a medley of skewers. Chicken, wagyu beef, eggplant, shrimp. Must say the eggplant was especially tasty. We’ll be back, yet again, on our next San Diego visit.

    Super great place for a celebration as light and music set this up. Food was much better than expected. Service was only hampered by loud music so making arrangements w server was difficult. Otherwise a great experience!
