About

Lukshon, the Yiddish word for noodle, is the brainchild of celebrity Chef Sang Yoon. An inspired interpretation of modern southeast Asian cuisine, introducing the refined flavors of the region with a menu that explores shared ingredients from diverse culinary landscapes. Complementing the cuisine is a signature lineup of hand-picked craft beer and wine, as well as Asian-inspired cocktails made with imported small-batch spirits.

We do have multiple seating options here at Lukshon. We have our covered and heated patio, our indoor dining room, and our high top communal tables. While we welcome requests, and do try to honor all that we can, we cannot guarantee any specific type of seating. We look forward to seeing you!

Glorified Asian food that can be found around the corner but charged at a huge price uptick. Crab fried rice was nothing special. The fried fish is pleasing to the eye but can be brought at Asian markets for 1/3 of the price. The bread was good on the lobster ban mi. Really not impressed or memorable.

Only reason for less stars is almost all food is made with cilantro- although the staff was accommodating, I was unable to eat many dishes. What I DID eat was superb. If the cilantro could have been left off I would give 5 stars

The food was exceptionally delicious and creative. The chef "wowed" us on a couple of the dishes; there were a combination of flavors and textures that we had never tried before. The interior of the restaurant is sleek and modern and the staff is attentive. We ended the night on a sweet note with two amazing desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return in the future.

Had the option to be seated at the chef’s table/kitchen bar, really fun and interesting to watch all the craft that goes into presenting s dish, sit here if you have the opportunity. This was the most well paced meal I think I’ve ever had. We were seated for our 6:45pm reservation immediately and told our server we were going to start with drinks before opening the menu. Once we got our Singapore slings (excellent cocktail) we started making our menu selections. Unfortunately by 7:12pm they had already sold out of the whole crispy fish. It does say ‘limited availability’, so lesson learned, but damn, that’s early for a Saturday night! The dishes came out one at a time with generous breaks in between, never did we feel like we waited too long nor did we feel pressured to hurry up or like they needed to turn over the table. The server kept up with or cocktails every time, checked on us just the right amount. Every single dish was delicious. Lobster rolls, Sichuan dumplings, black rice, pork belly and the Ovaltine dessert. Add 6 cocktails to that and the bill was under $250 - I was expecting it to be at least $100 more, what a value! We left at 9:30pm, a 2 hr 45 min unrushed, perfect dining experience. Can’t wait to go back (and earlier to get that fish!!)

Restaurant was freezing and I had to ask for menus 10 mind after we were seated. Beef dish had to be sent back since it was rare, but at least the waitress agreed that it wasn’t medium rare and had them cook longer. Wines were overpriced. Thai soup was delicious but tiny portion.

Very quick efficient friendly service. The food was perfect and outstanding. The crispy whole fish a particular standout as were the Szechuan dumplings. We ate on a cold night on the heated patio and it was fine.

Food portions very small and expensive. Server forgot an entree so the last item we ordered we waited 20 minutes for it to finally arrive. Menu is creative but not worth the price and poor service.

Lukshon is a new lunch favorite. The first time we went, we weren't keen on one of the dishes. The server immediately picked it up and allowed us to pick another dish. The second time, the two dishes and dessert we shared were delicious.

My friend chose Lukshon to CELEBRATE HER 70th BIRTHDAY. I requested a quiet corner table so that we can have a quiet and private conversations. The hostess sat us next to a couple that spoke very loudly. We asked to be moved to one of the booths next to the wall; the hostess told us that booths are reserved for parties of four and sat us at the patio. To my surprise when I went to the bathroom there were couples sitting at the booths we had asked for that were supposed to be reserved for four people. Our reservation was for 12:15pm on 2/20 and the restaurant was not busy. I would understand if the restaurant was busy. My suggestion is that the hostess who sat us needs further training on proper customer service. and to make the customer feel special on her birthday.

Had the six course prix fixe menu. Thought 4 of the 6 courses were very good. The butterfish and lime cells starter is outstanding and unique. The lobster banh mi was very tasty, although I prefer banh mi on a french roll rather than toast. Sichuan dumplings were ok. Beef and broccoli was outstanding. The fifth course was the dandan noodles, which are extremely spicy. We are used to spicy Asian food, but none of us could eat the noodles due to the heat, there was no warning about it being ultra-spicy on the menu, and it was not a great way to finish the meal. The dark chocolate and coconut bon-bon dessert with passion fruit sauce was excellent, although my mouth was still on fire at that point from one bite of the dandan noodles. We were seated on the outdoor patio which was cold despite the space heaters. Wine list had good wines but is pricy. For cocktail drinkers, there are only six cocktails on the menu and the bartender will not make any other drinks.

Our family went to Lukshon for our mother's birthday. Restaurant was very beautifully designed, however space limitation. The high top chair area is right by the door and with the weather, every time the door opened it was freeeezing.

There really isn't a 2 person dinging area except for the bar and high top shared area.

Most areas are designed for bigger group or comfortably seating 4 people.

Food was amazing. Every single dish was jaw dropping, delicious. Had to pick up my jaw from the floor to continue eating. Favorite dish was the tea leaf salad, great twist to overall food on the menu. Our family basically ordered everything on the menu.

Butter fish was delightful. Great combination of slight citrus and green light vegetables paired well.

Service was pleasant.

Nice looking restaurant with good service. However, food was just so-so. Everything my wife and I had tasted like just cheap Chinese food with cilantro and/or mint added. We had dumpling (get a Bibigo! dumpling from Costco, make a sauce with some hot pepper oil, sugar and siracha and you will end up with better dumpling), eggplant (this was delicious), fried rice (Panda Express has better fried rice), pork belly (good flavor, but pork belly was dry and tough) and another dish that I cannot even remember (it was three days ago). Don't get me wrong, none of the dishes were bad... just not what you expect when paying for $15-20 for very small portions.

The restaurant tries to rush diners through the meal and has a strange policy about dessert. Their best items are reserved for diners who order a pricey per table prix fixe menu that is too much food for most diners.

I was expecting to be wowed with new flavors. I wasn't wowed, but the food was solid. Lamb brisket stood out. The tea leaf salad was more cabbage than tea leaf, and that was a disappointment. Crab fried was good, though not very good. I'd go back, but I wouldn't rush.

Went for a friend’s birthday. We had a party of 3. It was really nice. They were doing a 7 course tasting menu of all their crowd favorites for $70. The value was incredible and the portions were sizable. Butterfish, dumplings, lobster rolls.... everything was delicious. They brought out desert with a candle in it for the birthday girl. Very special. The wine was delicious too. Will absolutely go back!
