   Luigi’s is a go to place, for Italian comfort food. Love the meatball stuffed eggplant parmigiana, and the Gorgonzola salad is great. Service always warm and wonderful, and really love the serving sizes perfect for “doggie bags”!

   Great experience. Food was outstanding, portions large. We will have ar least 1 to 2 meals as leftovers. Italian food always great the second time. Sever was friendly, and efficient. Restaurant very busy for mothers day but food came very fast. Second time we were there and will definitely return.

   Did not meet expectations. Service was horrible from check in to a waiter who forgot he was assigned to our table after taking our order. He never came back to check in or fill empty water glasses. We had to ask another waiter to come over for water refill -twice! Hostess could not be bothered to get off the phone with personal calls to even complain to. No wonder it was empty on a Saturday night. When you charge this much guests expect some basic manners and basic service - is that too much too ask? If you start to deliver service you may see more people eat at your establishment.

   We were not offered the special menus before 6:00. I had to ask about them. I noticed a table of guys behind us, with different menus than we had, so I asked about it, and they had 5.00 house wines, and we had just asked the girl if they had any specials tonight, and she failed to tell us about that, and did tell us about the margaritas for 7.00, but gave us the regular menus. We have had better service before. We got there at 5:30.

   I really love this place. Went for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation for inside and were forced to take an outside table and of course it’s rather hot out. The older woman at the hostess stand kept saying the open tables that were visible were reserved and it’s Mother’s Day and you needed to make a reservation (which again- we DID ) she would not even hear it. That’s the first time I ever had reason to complain. The food is great and the service - we always are so well taken care of and this was no different. We will totally be back but I hate sitting outside when it’s not cooler weather.

   The place is very busy because of their happy hour. We were there for dinner and entertainment. We had a reservation as well. The hostess was kind enough to get us seated earlier at a high top in the bar. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes until I finally asked a waitress if we could have someone help. She said that the three people behind the bar were the servers for the tables in that area but she set us up anyway. She was the best and most attentive that we had all night. After another 15 minutes I had to get up and walk over to the bar and ask if we could have someone take our order. She took it and didn't offer water or if we wanted a drink refresher. Our apps then dinner came out with no offer of anything else. We ate and then for 30 minutes nobody ever came over until again I said to them if my friend could order a drink. The larger man bartender came over turned his body away from us and said what do you want - my friend ordered her wine and he walked away. He did not even ask if anyone else needed anything so I finally said “hey” my other friend wanted something. Mind you I don't drink alcohol so was completely aware of the difference between busy and blowing off rude service. After dancing and socializing I ordered two desserts to go which were never delivered to our table until I asked for the bill. Then the very think bartender said did nobody bring you your dessert and I said no and he went and got them. Mind you this all took place after happy hour when that crowd cleared out until 9pm. Worst service and rude and entitled. Ignoring your customers is unacceptable. Ignoring them with an attitude that you are doing them a favor is bad business.
