The place is very busy because of their happy hour. We were there for dinner and entertainment. We had a reservation as well. The hostess was kind enough to get us seated earlier at a high top in the bar. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes until I finally asked a waitress if we could have someone help. She said that the three people behind the bar were the servers for the tables in that area but she set us up anyway. She was the best and most attentive that we had all night. After another 15 minutes I had to get up and walk over to the bar and ask if we could have someone take our order. She took it and didn't offer water or if we wanted a drink refresher. Our apps then dinner came out with no offer of anything else. We ate and then for 30 minutes nobody ever came over until again I said to them if my friend could order a drink. The larger man bartender came over turned his body away from us and said what do you want - my friend ordered her wine and he walked away. He did not even ask if anyone else needed anything so I finally said “hey” my other friend wanted something. Mind you I don't drink alcohol so was completely aware of the difference between busy and blowing off rude service. After dancing and socializing I ordered two desserts to go which were never delivered to our table until I asked for the bill. Then the very think bartender said did nobody bring you your dessert and I said no and he went and got them. Mind you this all took place after happy hour when that crowd cleared out until 9pm. Worst service and rude and entitled. Ignoring your customers is unacceptable. Ignoring them with an attitude that you are doing them a favor is bad business.

Always enjoy Luigi Di Roma’s. We have been there many times and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The food is delicious and the portions are extremely generous. Marty

Fish was very dry and extremely overcooked. After the waiter served us, he never came back to the table one time to ask how our food was or if we needed anything.

Our dinners were absolutely delicious !! The service ( by our waiter Hunter ) was outstanding ! Loved our appetizer ( the burratta ) and our entrees. The timing of everything just right! We made reservations and table ready when arrived even though very busy night. Highly recommend ♥️
