   Service should be better. We waited 10mins and had to ask for someone to help us after we were seated. As we see there are lots of unexperienced staff.. we saw kitchen staff walking loudly with crocs type of shoes crossing a hall where customers having dinner.. I asked if they have port wine or not to a waitress then someone else brought me port called wine without asking me.. In essence this kind of restaurant needs elit, experienced service team..urgently

   Amazing food and amazing views. Staff were very friendly but did wait on occasions for wine top ups and menus to arrive to order more food. Thought the King Crab salad was a bit overpriced BUT GFC is amazing and great value for money. I will be coming back!

   The quality of the food was sensational. Ambiance was superb. The view is exceptional. Service was a goodish. Price is good for a Ramsay. You going to pay for the name but not explotative like D&G.

   I had amazing time for the second time at Lucky Cat. Our waitress Saba was amazing at guiding us and very professional. The brunch experience is outstanding and I would definitely recommend.

   Overall a good experience. Treat this as more of casual dining than high-end Gordon Ramsay stuff. Service is bit patchy and staff particularly in arrivals area of the restaurant need more training. There seems to be no clear policy on allocating window tables which are the most sought after. The tables away from the window do not give as much view because the view is blocked by other diners. This is bit of a design flaw. If you get window table then the whole experience is elevated lot more. The views are of course sublime. Food is delicious and arrives relatively quick. I definitely recommend Kyoto cucumbers, egg fried rice, tempuras and maki rolls. Cocktails are good too. Service at the table was fabulous. Big thank you to our server , Andres, who went beyond the call of duty to make us feel most comfortable .

   Possibly the best meal we have ever eaten!! Absolutely outstanding and a perfect birthday treat for my wife

   We’ve got the £95 menu, it was nothing special. The service was overall. We got overcharged with 4 more items (lucky we reviewed the bill). The ambience was very good and the view was just STUNNING.

    We were looking forward to dining at Lucky Cat for a special occasion, and while the food was quite good, the service left much to be desired. We didn’t mind not getting a window table, but the attitude of the staff seemed to shift based on that, which was disappointing. Our experience with the servers was mixed. One female server was lovely and attentive, but the male server unfortunately soured the mood. He brought one of our starters out late and then proceeded to tell us—just 20 minutes into our meal—that we needed to check how long our table was booked for because we might have to leave soon. He also emphasized that we should hurry to order due to a high number of reservations. This approach felt rushed and dismissive, especially on what was meant to be a relaxed evening celebrating my wife’s birthday. We still ended up spending around £160, but the overall experience didn’t reflect the level of hospitality or care you’d expect at that price point. Disappointed that such a special evening was overshadowed by poor service.
