   We celebrated mother's day at the restaurant and it was such a great overall experience. We drove 2 hours and wasn't disappointed. Dino our server was so good, patient, very descriptive with the menu, friendly towards myself, wife and my 6 kids. I told him the next time I come to the restaurant. I will request his service and he told me that last night was his last with the company. Bummer. Its more then just good food, and ambience. It's the overall service that made me want to come back again and drive a total of 4 hours. Side note, when I made the reservation I had requested a note or an acknowledgement of the reason if why we are coming to your establishment and nothing on your part. I even talked to the host over the phone and she said that she was going to write something simple for the table before we got there to make my wife smile/ happy and absolutely nothing. Dino, thank you for your awesome and welcoming service, smile, and conversation. Go and change the world for the better. You rock!!!! P.s.....He deserves a bonus check from you guys for everything that he brought to the restaurant to make people smile.

   We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time but they gave us free cheese curds for the inconvenience. Service was great, friendly. Food is always great and fast. We love Lucille’s.

   Excellent service and food. Had to order two cheese curd apps because they were so good! Generous portions. The Detroit style pizza was on point!!!

   Always hit Lucille when I’m in Madison. Food and specialty drinks are always exceptional.

   We had someone in our party with gluten, soy, and dairy allergies; in advance they were so kind to record them and our server even suggested an item he knew would work that wasn't on the menu.

   Waiter was great but food came out at different intervals per person. I received my entree 20 minutes before my son. We had a group of 7 and half of us were nearly finished before others were just starting.

   Lucille never disappoints. My partner and I go regularly, and the staff is always incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of my hearing loss—seating us in spots where I can comfortably engage in conversation. Ally, the GM, even reached out before our last reservation to let me know about a planned special event and the expected increase in noise. I was aware of it and am grateful for the care she gave. As expected, everything turned out great. It’s also heartening to see them support good causes. And as always, the food is excellent - I’m a fiend for the steel pan pizza. Great food, great people, great atmosphere.
