   Luciano’s restaurant has become an old favourite for our family, since we are native Italian. Food is amazing with a variety of offer, properly cooked and good portions. The surplus is a rich menu for gluten intolerance. Sometimes food is a bit slow to arrive and it can be a bit noisy if there’s a big party, but the ambience is elegant and the waiters are always friendly though smart and professional. Overall an extremely good experience, highly recommended.

   What a wonderful place! We felt very welcome at Luciano’s and had a fabulous early dinner experience! The staff were so accommodating from the moment we arrived and we appreciated the friendly, respectful service. The setting is so lovely and we were very comfortable at our table with booth seating near the window. The pre theatre set menu was perfect and we managed to enjoy our meals with plenty of time to walk to the show. Our sincere thanks to all the Luciano staff! We highly recommend a visit!!

   Our experience was utterly horrendous, service was the worst I’ve ever received anywhere in the world, waited 45 minutes and had to ask for water refills, had to get up and retrieve our own dessert menus, was told by management “they are short staffed” yet she failed the entirety of the 3 hour meal to check on us until I brought the issues to her attention, they were out of multiple items knowing it’s a massive holiday weekend for them and then they proceeded to give us an abysmal 20% off for the absolute failure of a service they provided.

   We had been in London for the weekend celebrating my Mums 70th birthday, Sunday was our last night and so pleased we chose to eat at Lucianos it was a lovely end to a fab weekend, the food was delicious and staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially our waitress Kate who was lovely and put a little plate together for my Mums birthday and even gave her a little sing song. Would highly recommend 😊

   Great late lunch, the best we imagined to do this sleepy Sunday! Perfectly cooked lasagna, and that pasta absolutely al dente, we had a great time! And with Kate’s help, that pointer of the tiramisu with real amaretto, could not enjoy it more! Five stars!Totally recommended!

   It was my second time here. Our table was booked for 2pm on Sunday however there were lots of things already not available from the menu including the roast beef (which is what we were hoping to order). The staff were friendly and the meal was enjoyable however the restaurant was too cold. The restaurant was lacking atmosphere as there were only 3 other tables. It was a nice meal but not the experience we were hoping for.

    We felt very rushed. Waiter didn’t know the menu when asked a question. No engagement from the waiting team. It was just ok.
