   Our experience was utterly horrendous, service was the worst I’ve ever received anywhere in the world, waited 45 minutes and had to ask for water refills, had to get up and retrieve our own dessert menus, was told by management “they are short staffed” yet she failed the entirety of the 3 hour meal to check on us until I brought the issues to her attention, they were out of multiple items knowing it’s a massive holiday weekend for them and then they proceeded to give us an abysmal 20% off for the absolute failure of a service they provided.

   We had been in London for the weekend celebrating my Mums 70th birthday, Sunday was our last night and so pleased we chose to eat at Lucianos it was a lovely end to a fab weekend, the food was delicious and staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially our waitress Kate who was lovely and put a little plate together for my Mums birthday and even gave her a little sing song. Would highly recommend 😊

   Great late lunch, the best we imagined to do this sleepy Sunday! Perfectly cooked lasagna, and that pasta absolutely al dente, we had a great time! And with Kate’s help, that pointer of the tiramisu with real amaretto, could not enjoy it more! Five stars!Totally recommended!

   We felt very rushed. Waiter didn’t know the menu when asked a question. No engagement from the waiting team. It was just ok.

   Beautiful restaurant but a mixed review for the food across our party. The bruschetta was like rock, my knife couldn’t cut it and I called the waitress over and showed her and she just said oh no but did nothing about it. The carbonara had no sauce and was very dry. However the calzone , mushroom risotto and seafood dishes were superb The staff were mainly very accommodating and attentive. Definitely worth a visit

   Food was great. Just back from Venice and the food here was miles better than any meal that we had there and we went to some "nice" restaurants whilst there.

   I love Gino…. But sadly that was very disappointing. Just very average… not sure can say much else.

   Think I have found my new favourite place 👏 My second visit last Saturday & didn’t disappoint. I brought my Mum up who is in a wheelchair & recovering from surgery (Jaw surgery so eating is an issue as she is very self conscious!) I booked online & asked for a table in a discreet corner, a lovely table was there waiting for us, the staff were so friendly & caring they really put my Mum at ease. The food & service were amazing, Mum chose soft options fish / chicken & she ate the most she has for months 👏 We had dinner after a show it was a great day out & the venue is beautiful & so easy with disabled access. …Already booked my next visit for 17/05…coming up with my sister…determined to convince her she wants a steak dinner as I have my eye on the chateaubriand yum yum yum 😋

    I think our server was lovely, but service charge of 13.% is unacceptable
