                                                                            He tenido la peor experiencia, me han dado una mesa en la parte exterior parecía ser una buena mesa, pero cuando nos sentamos notamos que el sillón es tan alto que nuestros pies quedaban colgando, le dijimos a la mesera que la mesa era muy incómoda y que nos hiciera el favor de cambiarnos de mesa por qué que iba a ser muy incómodo comer así , nos dijo que si nos creía, que efectivamente el sillón era incómodo, que te cuelgan los pies y que ya antes muchos clientes se han quejado de esto y nadie quiere sentarse ahí, que no sabía por qué nadie hacía nada, pero no nos podía cambiar de mesa , por qué aquí nos habían asignado , dijo que iba a preguntar a su gerente “; entonces me traen las entradas , le digo al chico que las trae que necesito que me cambien de mesa, por qué así no podré comer, que ya le había dicho a la mesera , me dice que le hablara al gerente, entonces viene la mesera con el gerente un hombre alto de piel oscura que no se presentó,ni se identifico y me dice de manera nada amable que no me puede cambiar de mesa, que me da otro lugar pero solo una persona podrá descansar los pies, le dijimos que queríamos una mesa baja en la parte de adentro , donde vimos mesas disponibles, y dijo, adentro está todo lleno, ahí es para quienes reservan , y se fue sin más, no se disculpo, no se preocupó en cómo solucionar, no le importo que si hice reserva, la mesera se apenó , al igual que el joven que había traído la comida, no sabían qué decir , también se retiraron, comimos por qué mi esposo tenía que tomar una pastilla, pero el enojo y la molestia me dio una amargura en la boca que me impidió disfrutar los alimentos de hecho no los terminé, elegimos este restaurante por estar cerca de las torres del MG donde nos hospedamos, hace 2 años lo habíamos visitado y la experiencia fue otra , la comida es parte importante, pero también la atención al cliente y definitivamente en este lugar tienen mucho que aprender de este tema , sobre todo el Gerente. :(

                                                                            Our reservation was at 7pm and we were seated right on time. However, it took about 10 minutes before our server showed up at the table. We were ready to order drinks and food, but as soon as we told him our drink order and started to mention the appetizer, we walked away. He didn't come back for another 10 minutes with the drinks. Then he asked about appetizers and we told him what we wanted and he did it again, walked away without taking our food order. At around 7:30 he came to take our dinner order. We were both out of drinks, since they were very small, so we asked for another round. The food came out quickly, around 7:40. We were completely done eating around 7:50, still with no drinks, just the table water. The bussers cleared our table. The server finally showed up with the drinks at 8pm. We told him we were already done eating. He offered to take the drinks back and take them from the bill but we still wanted them. It might have taken 5 minutes to go through the drinks, and we were ready to go by 8:05pm. We did not see the server again until 8:25. By then I was pretty angry and voiced my opinion to the server, and said that we've been done eating since 8pm and he should have brought the check a long time ago. It took him another 5 minutes to bring the check to the table. I had my credit card in hand so he could take it right away. Of course he just dropped it and ran and ignored me again. I waited about 5 more minutes for him to come and take the card until I gave up and just put $160 cash down on a $153 bill and left, and the only reason I even left that much of a tip was because I wasn't carrying singles. Most of the time I tip over 25% at fine dining restaurants, and like to tip over 30% quite often for good service. This server made me feel so invisible that I felt insulted by the experience. The food was excellent and came quickly once ordered. With the speed of the kitchen they should have turned our table over in 45 minutes.

                                                                            wow, this was the best meal we had in Vegas, amazing Frito Misto, Pizza and cocktails, excellent service and food, we had a wonderful time!

                                                                            Overall a good experience. Didn’t start out strong- we made a reservation weeks early to celebrate birthday & anniversary before a show. We arrived on time to be seated in the bar because “the restaurant was full”. We balked and they moved us into the first seat inside the restaurant against the wall, “the last table in the restaurant”. Ok…. It got better- server was professional, apps were great esp meatballs. Entrees were ok. Birthday gelato was amazing- order the gelato! Probably won’t go back, but it was good.
