We went to the indoor area with air conditioning. It was super quiet, and they served us really fast. The food arrived even quicker, and the service was top-notch. It was a huge contrast to the outdoor area, which was packed with people. The pizzas were amazing, and we had an awesome time!

Touristy restaurant and location near palm beach hotels. As far as authentic Italian goes this was not it. They charged us for extra butter and bread. They charged us for refills on lemonade. I’m surprised they didn’t charge us for extra napkins lol. The food was ok, drinks ok, wine selection not great. Open air restaurant but the fans made the heat bearable. In terms of value for the money spent, not so good.

Same experience as the prior post and I can tell you, we were not alone. We had a reservation but waited 25 mins for the host to look at us, while in line. When I looked around the restaurant almost everyone there appeared upset about the service (not exaggerating). They appeared to be well staffed but so many customers seemed ignored, frustrated and shaking their heads. We overheard some of them - one had food arrive cold, one waited an extreme amount of time for drinks, and one waited a long time for their bill. The staff was friendly but very quick and unfocused (and very young, appearing overwhelmed). There was an enormous party of about 20 that may have thrown the full restaurant off, but hard to say. The food was pretty good but I was shocked at the portion sizes - particularly on the kids menu pastas. For $12, we received roughly half cup of pasta (served in a tin cup). My gnocchi meal was small too but I can understand that to a degree. Pasta is such a high margin product that all it would have taken was a normal portion size. To their credit, our food arrived fast. Constructive feed back for the owner(s): - Host should be friendly and welcoming. - Identify the issue tonight and work to remedy. - Fix the portion size issue. Not a hard one and minimal impact to profitability. The issues tonight could be training, a one time occurrence tied to the large party, or something else, but either way- a large number of folks left disappointed and that’s not ideal in an area with high competition.

Seated at 8 for 8pm reservation was off to a good start. Then didn't see a waiter till 8:30. Ordered apps that then took 25min to get out. They were delicious. Meal arrived shortly after, with 1 of the 4 dishes cold. They did remedy that. I had finished my glass of wine halfway through my meal and then was never asked if I needed another. After the meal was finished, I was never asked if I wanted anything else such as coffee or dessert, I was just brought the check. Overall value and food were very good but service was horrendous.

Very poor service. We waited nearly 30 minutes before getting drinks. We were ready to leave for another restaurant when someone finally came to take our order. My spouse was almost finished with their meal before my plate came out. It seemed like the server forgot my food. Neither plate was warm. Servers were arguing, spilling drinks, and breaking glasses. It seemed the staff were either poorly trained or very understaffed. It was extremely chaotic. It was so crowded that people waiting for tables surrounded our table while we were trying to eat. It was a very uncomfortable experience and definitely the worst restaurant we ate at while in Aruba.
