LouVino - Fishers

This is the second time we've eaten there. The food has been great both times! This time, the food came in a very rapid fire manner. I thought it was a little better experience the first time we went when everything was spaced out nicely.

Very accommodating with my mother’s lactose intolerance and adjusted the recipe so she could enjoy the omelette without worry of dairy! Very clean and the service prompt and some of the most professional and friendly

We had a wonderful server (Molly) Saturday night! She was so friendly and helpful. We had friends visiting from the Chicago area and it was their first time visiting Fishers and we really wanted it to be a great experience and it was! Honestly, I was apprehensive because of reviews of bad service and the last time we visited as a couple in spring of 2019, shortly after the Mass Ave location opened, we did have an awful server, but Saturday’s server was awesome! The food was delicious and we all enjoyed the small plates, cocktails and wine. Great night! Thank you!!

We were quickly seated and served very promptly. Not the typical Sunday brunch experience. Food was a unique combination of flavors and was very delicious. I would definitely go back.

The best brunch place in Fishers

The food is always good at LouVino. I have to say I was disappointed with the walleye special. Server said big enough for an entree. 2 small pieces of walleye that were overcooked. Not worth the $30 they charged.

Server was new, didn’t know the menu, food came out wrong.

We wanted to go somewhere new for our date night and had not been to LouVino yet. The experience was awesome!!! Great food, great service, great atmosphere all around. May be a date night go to from now on!

LouVino's is one of my favorite Brunch spots to eat. I really enjoy the Mimosa brunch. Food is amazing!

Great decor but not stuffy. Chef is obviously very talented. Waitstaff is professional, they know the points of service, but they're still very cool and have a little fun. For me if the employees are happy, it makes the experience better.

Unfortunately, we went later in the evening, so a couple of the desired dishes, pork belly & frites, was sold out. That didn’t deter us from thoroughly enjoying our dining experience. Our server was fun & attentive and the food was outstanding! Falafel Tots & bacon wrapped dates...out of this world! Brussel Sprouts Salad...a MUST HAVE. Shrimp & grits and seared scallops...absolutely delicious! We’ll be back & we have already recommended to friends!

The food was not that great for the prices this place charges

So - my impression of the menu was if this could be executed then we were in for a really good meal.

Meal by meal comments

Shrimp and Grits - Shrimp were very good - the "taso" ham was so salty that nearly inedible - grits very good, but the cheese on top was a bit plastery

Trout - not seasoned, essentially bland - the accouterments of smoked mustered seed and orange marmalade were tasty, but didn't fit the dish.

Citrus salad - lime added as wedges - inedible (thought this was grapefruit) - heavily salted arugula.

Pork Belly - dry and cold (small ice ball) in the center - clearly rewarmed from previous preparation (had to send back)

Sliders - prepared well - well seasoned

Had a margarita - sooooouuuuur.

Service from Tim was great - terribly disappointed.

Delicious food and great service. Both myself and my date had a wonderful evening.

For Valentine's Day I expected more. The published menu and what was actually on the menu day of were different. I won't go back. For being downtown Fishers I had higher expectations. Disappointed and regret the decision to spend nearly $200. I would have been better off paying $100 penalty and ordering pizza

Went for Valentine’s Day with another couple. The meal was good overall. The filet was not a good filet in comparison to a steakhouse. Then the desert was not good and was not a pretty presentation. Overall for our first visit to this restaurant I felt the food was just average for the high price tag. Not sure why they had a set menu for Valentines Day. Can’t say that I would recommend this or go back.

The tapas plates are flavorful and varied. Service was superior.

Arrived on time and was seated quickly. Staff and waiters were very friendly. Had the Valentines Day June. The appetizer was really good. Salads were just ok. I had the cucumber salad which was, again, ok. The wife’s roasted Brussels sprouts salad was good. My risotto was very chewy, really under done. The truffles for dessert were good. We’ve been to several small plate restaurants but this was not a very good one. The meal was rushed with courses coming before other courses were finished. The rushed feeling carried over to the food. Not quite ready. It made me think of maximizing profit for the Valentines Day crowd. Overpriced for what you received. I see no reason to return.

The portion of the cucumber salad was very small and the dessert was a joke . And bread with the meal is not available !

Went for brunch. Steak and eggs $18, eggs were over cooked and steak was tough and chewy. Not worth the price. Won’t be back.

Food was great, but our server (Lauren) made the whole visit special. She was very sweet and professional and really knew the menu well. We’ll definitely be back and request to have Lauren serve us again!
