いつも楽しいお話をありがとうございます。コロナの対応・対策等で楽しいことばかりではないと思うのですがバーテンダーとしての心意気なのでしょうね。たまに困ったなぁとこぼすところが可愛いですね（笑）

バーテンダー○橋君の成長が著しいなぁと感じた1年間でした。技術面もメンタルも相当鍛えられたんだなぁと思います。これからも優秀な先輩方の指導を仰いで、今まで以上の立派なバーテンダーになってくださいね！カウンターの隅っこから応援しています。

◯野さんのサービスは私が何をしたくて、どのタイミングが最適なのかを常に先読みしてくださっている。とても機敏なのに歳を重ねて熟成されまるでウイスキーのような・・それを体現したようなサービス。手が空いていれば必ずと言って良いほどエレベーターホールまで送ってくださる。そんな短い時間に交わす言葉が嬉しくて、ダコタにまた行きたいなと思わせる接客とは何か、フォレストイン昭和館はわかっていることですが、是非他のホテルのサービスマンも勉強してもらいたいと思います。

喫煙される方にも心配りが嬉しい喫煙スペースがカラオケスペースを改修して本当に広い立派な喫煙所になりました。特に窓からの夜景まで楽しめ、そこまで気合を入れなくても・・と思うくらいのフォレストイン昭和館の思いが伝わってきます。私は非喫煙者なので、滅多に喫煙室には行かないのですが、夜景見たさにお邪魔することもあります（笑）

フォレストイン昭和館の会員カード、ワンハーモニーで平日10%Off。オープンテーブルで予約1回につき100円Off。さきめしのサイトで10%Off さらに7〜8月のハッピーアワーでカクテル50%Off 全ての割引併用可の太っ腹！！さきめしは色々なお店で使えるので、応援しているお店に使ってあげたいですよね！花林でも利用しましたよ。最近フォレストイン昭和館の宿泊利用の稼働率が高いこと！好きなホテルが利用されると嬉しいですよ😆

S木マネージャーにご指名でカクテルのマンハッタンを作って頂きました！早い時間帯だったのでラッキーでした。もう、無茶苦茶美味しくて…味わって飲みました！！きっと同じレシピであろうはずのよそのBARでは残念な結果になることもあるので　カクテルって不思議ですよね。味わって時間かけて飲んでも最後まで美味しくいただきました。フォレストイン昭和館ダコタの重鎮　S木マネージャーと、同じく中華料理花林のK藤料理長は私にとって「伝説」です。

GACKさんの開発するカクテルが美味しいです！技術も凄いのですが、クレバーなトークに翻弄されます。気配りも素晴らしくお姉さま方のファンも多いようですね。まだ年齢的に若いので、これからまだまだ伸びると思うとフォレストイン昭和館としても本当に楽しみなのではないでしょうか？
