Conveniently set on Louisiana Street in North Park, our design of this intimate cocktail restaurant was inspired by the charm &; character of New Orleans, with creative touches of personal effects giving guests the feeling of warmth, community & fun
Architect Jeff Svitak helped create a modern interpretation of a classic French Quarter restaurant, introducing elements of wood, marble &; rich velvet. Our lush patio seating flows seamlessly into our indoor dining space, a nod to the courtyards found across the beautiful southern city.
Our rotating food menu will be dedicated to only the best seasonal ingredients, featuring big &; bold flavors from the region. Executive Chef Quinnton Austin recently relocated to San Diego from New Orleans, bringing with him an exciting wealth of knowledge &; experience in the culinary melting pot that defines southern cuisine

Fabulous food, ambience and service. Really enjoyed this place! The catfish was heaven! Will definitely be back!

Nice settings, fun crowd, and great service. The food was just ok, cuisine items are generally fried as is the case in the South. We were expecting to eat gumbo (on the menu) and jambalaya (not on the menu) but most of the items on the menu were also not available. - rice and beans were super salty and nearly not eatable - decent shrimps and grits Cocktails are very very sweet (too much for me).

Top 10 restaurants in SD! The food is always cooked to perfection and with love. If you go, ask for Breezy, she took such good care of us!

I recently moved into the neighborhood and was excited to try the ribeye with crawfish sauce so I made reservations when I had a friend in from out of town. The music was really loud so I asked to sit as far away as possible and they were very nice about that. We ordered drinks, the only vodka they serve is Tito’s which neither of us like but we made due. We placed our order, two ribeyes, one the LP the other with the crawfish sauce and a side of Cajun fries. After about an hour I waved over another server to see if he could check on our order, he never came back but our original server came and gave a very cold apology saying he forgot to put in the order. The manager came over to our table and she was so proud that she made the decision for him to apologize personally and that our stakes were being prepared by the kitchen manager as spoke and they were going to be the best steaks we have ever had. Fifteen minutes later the kitchen manager came out with two steaks he was very proud of, the LP steak was thick and beautiful the other looked like a chewed rawhide from one of my dogs covered in sauce and very very thin and it could barely be cut into. I asked where are fries were and if he wanted me to come to the kitchen and make them myself as he clearly was unaware that we had ordered them. I asked to compare our steaks, he said nothing and walked away then the manager came back and said I understand your not happy with the way they were prepared and offered to bring it back to the kitchen for more heat! I declined and said we would just like the check, our fries never came out. They comped the food but not the drinks. It was a waste of 2.5 hours. We came home and through burgers on the grill. Won’t go there again.

The bar service was great and welcoming. The table service needed work with communicating to its customers. Food arrived later than we expected as we were a group of 7 celebrating a graduation , plates were coming out individually and we couldn’t kind of eat together, and that wasn’t communicated to us . I think the restaurant would cater best to couples or a group of 4 best. I also would have like the menu to be illustrated on the menu with a picture to have an idea of what you getting . However the food was tasty and the portions were ample. I would definitely check back in the future and patronize again .

The food had no flavor and tasted like straight up paprika. The service was alright and the music was too loud, but I will not be going back there
