   Dinner for our 49th anniversary. No grouper, subbing snapper. Service was very good. Food was ok but pricey. Did not do anything for our anniversary.

   The service was excellent as always and the view great but the food looked and tasted like it was all reheated from the day before. Someone leaving at the same time we did had the same experience.

   Food was outstanding. Never had a bad meal there. Normally choose the grouper, but went with filet Oscar. Melted in mouth. Delicious.

    The food is excellent, staff are very polite and helpful. I was disappointed that they didn’t have the creme brûlée ready when we dined. Will definitely go back.

    The special allowing 2 entrees along with a bottle of wine for $59.00 Sunday thru Thursday is a great deal. Enough food for meals the next night. Love the ambience and quality of service.

    Had a 6 o’clock reservation. Showed up at 6:02 and was told I didn’t have a reservation. I said the couple joining us were probably already at the table. They said no you don’t have a reservation. I showed her the reservation on my phone and said once our friends showed up the reservation probably went away. They just stood there waiting for us to leave and gave us no other options. They should be smart enough to know what I said about the reservation was correct. Our friends had been seated so we went to our table with a half hearted “sorry “. Very sad as we live in Orange Beach and try to eat at local establishments. Your restaurant is now off the list as there are many restaurants that appreciate our business.

    The first time at a new restaurant and this establishment did not disappoint! We had a fabulous meal and an amazing dessert. We visit the Gulf Shores area for 3 months during the cold NY winters and have found our new favorite spot!!

    The entrees themselves (grouper almandine & pecan grouper) were outstanding, as were the hush puppies, the salad and the service. The twice baked potatoes seemed to have been frozen and reheated more than once and the desserts (chocolate cake & bread pudding-both “to go”) were unremarkable. We’ll go back for that grouper!

    We had a party of eight. This is my favorite restaurant but for the first time ever, we did not enjoy our food! First we had drinks that were very good! We got the special and upgraded our wine. The AuGratin had tiny tasteless shrimp ! My husband also got a shrimp dish that he did not enjoy as did two of our friends. The other ones ordered the fish that is usually on the two can dine menu. We were very disappointed after paying for what should have been a decent meal. It would be better not to have the special if the Entres are not up to your normal standards. Our group was local and always enjoy the restaurant but don’t think we will be back any time soon.

    I absolutely loved the grouper meuniere and the key lime pie. The lobster tails were so-so and the hushpuppies were superfluous. The wait staff was excellent. Would recommend for a nice meal in a classier environment than some of the other local restaurants.

    I entered that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had hoped for a romantic dinner. Unfortunately we were seated in a room next to a huge, loud, birthday party. We could barely carry on a conversation. That’s only complaint. The food, service, etc was great as always.

    Amazing food and service. Lovely higher end dining experience. I recommend Grouper Kevin and Grouper Pecan. And don’t forget dessert! The bread pudding was almost as good as moms!
