We have always been big fans of Louie'sbWine Dive and have eaten there several times and really enjoyed it. This time was the polar opposite. Menu was not nearly as creative or extensive Portions were so small it was like it was a children's menu and one person's medium well hamburger was still mooing. Service was great though, so there is that.

We love Louie’s wine dive because they food, service, wine selection are always spot on! I love that they have so many vegetarian options for someone to choose from. They are a HOT SPOT so make reservations! And for the love of all that is AMAZING get the Beignets!!! Fantastic! Outstanding! Just go to Louie’s and experience the great food and atmosphere. It will become a favorite for you as it has for us.

I have heard really good things about this restaurant, but for me the experience was just okay. Good wine and spirits menu. I had the Gnocchi and it left a lot to be desired, very dry and bland. The service was also, just okay. The waitress seemed to want us to leave after we had our meal. I do have to admit, I was with 5 other women and we had not seen each other for some time, so we stayed awhile, but they were not busy at all, we would have left if they had been. We also continued to order drinks after our meal, at least until she brought our checks. I also made a point to tip very well, to make up for our extended time. All in all, I would say this was an okay experience. I will try them aging them make sure it was not just a bad night.

The server didn't offer much in the way of wine knowledge (no descriptors of the sparkling wine flights that two of us ordered, nor any insight beyond the red & white "blends" for happy hour). My colleague also had a special request for his salad (no shallots), which was disregarded. Otherwise, the food quality was great and it was easy to get a 6 top for my team after work! Have been twice now & would return.

We met a couple of friends for drinks and eats. It was my first time at Louie's. We had a great time. I loved my Risotto, and I had a yummy daiquiri-esque wine and rum cocktail. We will return for another evening soon.
