   Really great food. The ribeye was cooked perfect and delicious. The crab legs were so yummy! Our server was attentive and super nice. All in all, a great dinner.

   Louie Oliver's has really improved food quality and menu choices in the last couple of years. We have had several very nice experiences there in the last couple of years and will be happy to go there in the future. Well done to the staff of Louie Oliver's. You hard work is paying off.

    The time we sat down to the time we got out meal was way too long. I would say 90 minutes at least. All we were doing was wiating to eat and we only took about 20 minutes to eat the food.

    Easter special was outstanding. Outdoor seating was so nice and quiet. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. Waitress was attentive, very sweet. Can’t wait to go back.

    We come here frequently and this time the food was sub-par. I ordered the pork ribs and they were very tough, overcooked, almost like tough jerky. I’ve had more tender jerky. My husband ordered the short rib bolognese and it was too spicy and he likes spicy food. Very disappointed this visit.

    We always enjoy having our lunches at Louis Olivers when we visit Harrah’s Northern California. The staff is always wonderful and are very attentive to your needs. The food is always amazing. I do think that you should get a few extra items on the menu for lunch because it is limited, but what you have is very good. We will be back soon.

    My husband and I enjoyed our dinner very much the food was delicious and the service was excellent if you want good service ask for Robert he's the best I had the New york steak and my husband had the Shrimp scampi pasta for dessert we had Cheesecake one of the best Cheesecakes I've ever had we are definitely going back again Thank you Louie Olivers see you soon!!

    New York and filet Steaks were both WAY to salty, and we couldn’t even scrape it off because it was cooked in and caked on, so that was inedible. Specialty long bone steak had no seasoning at all, and was served with freezing cold veggies and mashed potato’s. 3 out of 5 salads were forgotten. One entire entree was forgotten. There were burnt fries in our Brussel sprouts. And the Shrimp Scampi was nothing more than flavorless noodles (our table ordered two and neither resembled the other because toppings were missing on one an not the other) Thousand Island dressing was served with horseradish in it and it was overpowering and inedible. Tried desert, and that was dry, and to tuff to eat on one whole side as well. Our waitress was very kind and apologetic for the awful food. I don’t fault her. I never leave reviews, but just WOW! Save your money or go somewhere else.

    Well we didn’t even get the bead plate we ordered. We were seated, ordered drinks, bread, and entrees. About 15 minutes later some of the power went out. (It was not dark due to a number of working emergency lights I assume) Since it was not storming, raining , flooding, etc.. we figured power would be restored in a few minutes. This happens frequently out in the country. After sitting with our drinks for about 10 minutes I got up and got the attention of our server. He then came to the table and said, “powers out, we can’t serve anything”. So we got up and left. Rather than serve bread and wait for the power to be restored (as has happened to me at other nice restaurants) they didn’t want to give us a $5 bread plate and wait. I wonder how long we would have waited had I not got up. Not a good way to handle a challenge. This place is in a casino and most people have cash! Even when the power was on, the servers seemed more concerned with their conversations at the wait station than their customers FAIL

    Food was good over all. We ordered steaks and thought they were a little too well done. One order was medium well and it was well done. The other was for medium rare and it was medium. Bocollini should have been trimmed better. Ends were fibrous. Bread was sub pare also.

    Well I’ll start with my server was great. She is probably the reason I didn’t walk out. Appetizer was amazing. Baked Brie We ordered Filet and Rib Eye steaks medium rare. The filet was rare at best but still tasty. However the served me New York instead of a ribeye. I informed the waitress and she agreed the steak was a New York. She went back and told the chef and came back and told me he said it was not a New York. Insisted it was a ribeye. I did not agree and the chef told the waitress to grab my complete plate and bring it to him before he would serve me the right steak. The waitress brought me back a ribeye only. My baked potato was not there. At this point my dinner experience was ruined. My point is this when you are paying $55-$60 for a meal it should damn well be right. If it’s not that’s fine but don’t argue with the customer. NEVER AGAIN!!

    I will say this again…our server, Robert, gave outstanding and attentive service. He is awesome! We brought our friends, their first time eating here, for a birthday dinner. They were pleased with their meal and raved about Robert’s service. We all were pleased with our meals, and of course, dessert!

    We went for dinner - brought our own Bella Grace wine so corkage was waved - that was great! We had an appetizer - shrimp - that was ok, not great. However the rest of the meal - I got the winter salad - excellent, my husband got the house salad - excellent. The best part was the entree - I got a filet - cooked perfectly, my husband got the rib eye - best one he's ever had. The staff was amazing - they filled in for each other to make sure we had great service. I was very impressed!

    We have had dinner here at lease a dozen times and I can honestly say that we have not had a bad meal yet. We usually arrive a little early and set at the bar, they are always so friendly and really make us feel welcome. They are a little more expensive but the quality of the food is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone

    I ordered the filet mignon which came with green beans and a baked potato. I asked for hourseradish for my baked potato and never got it. More importantly, about one third of the green beans were overcooked and brown yet managed to pay it to my plate. Paying $52 should guarantee that all of the food is edible.

    Again, the prime rib was on the tough side. It was cooked well this time. When you order the shrimp scampi, you expect it to be as described in the menu (with linguini noodles). Instead it was with spaghetti noodles. It had very little flavor and little sauce. On the bright side the shrimp was cooked to perfection. As customary the service was outstanding; very attentive, responsive, and personable.
