We submitted a survey asking for a couple different side dishes and to consider serving coffee/tea in a stainless steel carafe so the beverage will remain hotter for a longer time.

I want to give a “shout-out” to our server, Melissa! She is outstanding, personable, helpful and outgoing. We always ask to be seated in her station.

Enjoy the variety on the menu, I’m a local so I like that they change it up so I don’t get bored with the same menu. I had the French dip and it was excellent
I’ve also have the chicken Parmesan and it was fabulous.

My partner and I went there for dinner on Halloween for something to do. We were early for our reservation, but we were seated right away. She ordered the snapper and I had the NY strip with mac & cheese and green beans. She was very happy with her food and I was too. My only complaint was they did not have salt & pepper on the table and I had to ask for steak sauce, but they were all brought out promptly when asked for.

Some new additions to the menu took us back for another visit! This time we tried the BBQ Rack of Ribs and Clam Chowder (we usually get French Onion). The dinner was good and the soup 5⭐️.

Had to train them on the difference between a Ribeye and NY strip. Poor girl brought the wrong one. Missed the Bacon wrapped scallop, they were the wife and I favorite appetizer.

The Lunch was great, but due to time restrictions we could only do Lunch on Sat.
I wish they did a weekend prime rib lunch.

But the hostess and wait staff were excellent.

Not so hungry that evening so it was pretty much a appetizer night, but as always everything cooked great. When given the opportunity I’ll stop at Louie Oliver’s for a bite to eat. Always a great meal. Thank you.

It was perfect we made the reservation for the last one available the same night. And we ended up being about 20 min late due to road closures so we called ahead to let them know and asked if we could give them our order so we wouldn’t put them behind.when we got there we were seated and within a couple min they brought us out our dinner. The service was awesome the waiter was very nice and helpful and the manager I’m guessing stopped by our table a couple times to see how it was. And the food was exceptional. We ate there a couple times when they first opened and it was ok but they have improved immensely on food and service. So thank u again for a wonderful dinner.

Great food and atmosphere. Was nice to sit down and have dinner inside a restaurant. Jessica was our server and she was fantastic! My husband had the prime rib and he loved the horseradish. My ribeye was cooked perfectly to medium as requested. We really enjoyed a night out and they did a wonderful job keeping masks on and cleaned and sanitized tables as people were leaving. Highly recommend checking this restaurant out inside Harrah’s.

Took my wife to celebrate birthday. Bacon wrapped scallops are her favorite! She really enjoyed! Bomb!!! She also enjoyed Tropical Mahi Mahi with cilantro rice and pineapple salsa!!! Yum! Topped off with delicious decadent chocolate cake. I had the wedge salad, which was best I ever had in West Coast! Thanks to staff for their excellent service from beginning to end!

Food and presentation were great! My main complaint was that the waitress never came back around to check on us. We had to flag her down finally when we needed more ketchup and water. Also, it's rare to see a place that has no Coke OR Dr. Pepper. I don't drink Pepsi products but I can usually get a Dr. Pepper. We got the lasanga and NY Steak and fries and both were excellent. We will be back.

Overall the restaurant is fine. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. The food, was not that good. My husband ordered the Mahi-mahi dish and I order the Salmon. The dishes tasted mediocre. My husband's dish actually was much better than mine. Mine was too salty and just not good. Maybe other dishes are better but I would not recommend the Salmon. I will say that I have eaten in the bar (which is really nice) and their small plates were really good.

This place has improved so much
I have been back many times since my bad review chef has got his guy doing a great job and the servers are just great
Vida ,Lorraine ,Bambi, and both Heather's are very good and the managers Darin and John are so friendly and MJ ,Audrey and Brian great bartenders .
the prime rib is great the ribeye is great the shrimp are great the lobsters great even for lunch the patty melt unbelievable

A little pricey for a casino restaurant Everything is ala carte. I had a filet steak and was cooked a little to much for med rear was more medium but tender. Partner has NY Steak done perfect. Was a birthday dinner and was comped a desert and was very good.

We are becoming regulars at LO's. We had a great dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server Lorraine was exceptionally good. Prompt, cheerful, she made several excellent suggestions. Couldn't ask for better service at a restaurant. We will be returning to this restaurant whenever we have the opportunity.

Food was outstanding, service was a pleasant surprise, very welcoming and attentive but not annoying however, being a fairly new restaurant the décor, tables and atmosphere left plenty of room for improvement. Stark and boring at best. A little overpriced for the overall experience.

We certainly enjoyed the conversation with our waiter, Andrew. The food was great (husband had prime rib and I had the filet mignon). I like the fact that we were able to substitute one vegetable for another. As usual, an overall great dining experience.
