                                                                                                                  Unfortunately third times was NOT a charm; service and food mediocre at best The only true organic/vegan restaurant for miles, Lotus has not been disappointing until this time. Two waiters, neither efficient Food arrived luke warm as if it was sitting in the kitchen for a while before being served; ordered bison burger medium well and received it medium rare instead with bacon hardly fried Give it another/last chance off season

They were very understaffed, and couldn’t get orders correct (and these were straightforward, no-substitution orders). Waited a very long time. We had an 11:30 reservation but seated at 11:45. We ordered at 12:10, food arrived at 12:40. Also, the restrooms were very dirty. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
