   Came back to Los Mochis after having a fantastic rooftop business lunch a few weeks prior. Requested to sit on the rooftop and told on the night that it was closed for a private event. I understand this, but please let me know in advance rather than telling me on the day. Music was overpowering. It should be slightly quieter indoors where people are eating and more of a vibe in the bar area. The speakers should be zoned to cope with this. The service was a bit slapdash and somewhat theatrical. The food arrived and the servers didn't make room for the dishes. We only ordered 4 items and they simply plonked them on the table and stood there waiting for us to make room on the table for them. There was also no explanation of the dishes, particularly the sharing seabass dish and no recommendations made. The sommelier was a bit showy and not genuine. It seemed like the service was more for show than actual service. We felt rushed to leave the table after 2 hours. Disappointed and probably wouldn't return again for a dinner. I would only do a business lunch, but only if I called ahead to make sure my table requests were able to be accommodated.

   I visited Los Mochis to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. I had high expectations, especially given the stunning venue and positive reviews. On arrival, I was impressed by the restaurant’s design and ambiance, and the food itself was delicious, no complaints there. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The service was nothing short of appalling. Once we were seated and had placed our orders, we were essentially forgotten for the rest of the evening. No one came to check on our table after the food was served. We weren’t asked if everything was okay with our meals, if we wanted more drinks, or if we’d like to see the dessert menu. The complete lack of attentiveness made us feel like an afterthought. As it was my birthday, a slice of cheesecake was eventually brought out ,which I appreciated ,but it arrived without any cutlery, leaving me standing there awkwardly. That small detail, while seemingly minor, just highlighted how little care was shown throughout our entire experience. What was most disappointing was how unwelcoming the staff felt overall. At no point did any of the servers or management make an effort to engage with us or make us feel comfortable. In fact, our table felt distinctly overlooked to the point where it bordered on discrimination. The lack of basic hospitality made us feel completely out of place, and it put a damper on what was supposed to be a joyful evening. Sadly, what should have been a special and memorable birthday turned into a frustrating and disheartening experience. It’s a real shame, because the restaurant has so much potential, but until the service is drastically improved, I would not recommend it for a special occasion, and if you aren’t white.

   Very cool atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was excellent and friendly. Best dish: Miso Black Cod tacos.

   Went for my birthday, had a lovely time with the girls. We will definitely return. I think they should consider adding sides to the menu.

   There’s no doubt about it, the food at Los Mochis is absolutely delicious!! 5 ⭐️ from me. The duck on crispy rice WOW!! Taste sensation 👌🏼 The cocktails were also very nice. The service was a bit slow, but it was busy and the food certainly made up for it. Will be booking to return asap.

   Great food and great ambience- and service was impeccable .we enjoyed the food and loved the small plates ….we got to try so many dishes -spicy prawn , duck , black cod , calamari ., dynamite prawn tacos , wagyu beef tostadas …. And much more - loved the desert ! Great service -staff were so attentive and the views were great !!! Easy to get too - outside Liverpool Street station - would recommend

   Had a lovely brunch here - tried the pancakes and they were si fluffy! Definitely recommend!

    Really disappointed of this place, clearly the staff have no care about their workplace and unfortunately of their customers. Food it’s fine but the service ruined the entire atmosphere, not worth it spend the amount of money they charge for their basic food.
