Longtab Brewing is a veteran owned brewery and restaurant serving local, scratch-made dishes, award winning craft beer made in house, as well as a selection of Texas wines and cider. Our restaurant serves an eclectic array of dishes inspired by a mix of Belgian, German, and local Texas fare!

Enjoy our famous Pork Belly Nachos which are cut, seasoned, and smoked all in house, our best selling Cubano featuring beer-braised pork shoulder and pecan-smoked ham, or our German Bratwurst Plate featuring Texas bratwurst and German potato salad.

Longtab's beer selection focuses on classic beer styles with a special focus on Belgian and German styles.

We offer a casual atmosphere with elevated dining as well as outdoor seating. Our space is cozy and filled with US Army Special Forces artifacts and memorabilia.

Everything about Longtab was incredible. I had the weekend special: Cajun Citrus Seared Tuna paired with Hearts & Minds Belgian peach beer. Delectable and divine! The staff was warm and accommodating, and the whole place is rich with Special Forces history. Can’t wait for my next visit!

We were super excited to try it here due to the great reviews however it appears these reviews came from “members.” First of all, it is a warehouse , which looks and sounds nice but it was very hot inside of the restaurant! No fans circulating and the a/c couldn’t keep that place cool whatsoever. This made it very uncomfortable!! We placed an order with our waitress who seemed nice at first. She greeted us pretty quickly and got our order . their in-house craft made beer was excellent!! Their chips and beer queso was also very tasty! she seemed to have gotten too busy to come back to for us to order another beer. She passed by us several times and we tried to get her attention but she never acknowledged us. We finally stopped a food server (whose only job was to deliver food) and asked him to please get our waitress. The bartender comes over and seemed very annoyed that he had to come over and help us. We asked about their craft mugs on the wall, and were immediately shut down with “you have to be a member to get those “ and walked away. He didn’t give us a chance to even ask about membership prices. It felt like that scene from Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts asks how much the dress cost & gets the response- “it’s very expensive!” At first we thought he was just too busy to explain the membership but then one of their members walked in and they got the “NORM!” Greeting from him with a warm smile and very prompt service. Our waitress by the way never came back to check on us, even though she checked on every table next to us?! We felt very unwelcomed and very out of place. It’s too bad because the food and beer were very good.

Love this local brewery and their mission of supporting veterans! The beer and food is consistently good, and they offer a variety of nonalcoholic options. Friendly service, outdoor tables.

Always an absolutely amazing time at Longtab. The beer is great, the food excellent, and the staff exceptional! Can't say enough great things!
