    We made a reservation through the link on Longhorn PH’s Instagram and mentioned that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. We were really looking forward to the experience because this was meant to be a special night. Unfortunately, from the moment we were seated, things started going downhill. The noise was overwhelming... so loud that we could barely talk to each other. I politely asked the assistant manager if we could be moved to a quieter spot, but she said there was no other space available. That was disappointing, but we tried to stay optimistic. The service felt completely disorganized. Staff brought our orders more than once, clearly confused about which table had what. It wasn’t just a one-time thing either—it happened multiple times throughout the night. Our steak, which we had been looking forward to the most, took far too long to arrive. We had already finished the appetizers, salad, and bread (which we had to ask for instead of it being immediately offered), and no one even asked if the steak was cooked to our preference when it was finally served. At that point, we decided to just have it packed to go. And that turned into a whole new issue. We could see the waitstaff passing the message around, trying to figure out where the steak went. It genuinely looked like it had gotten lost. One of the waiters also forgot to pack the mac and cheese, and of course, we had to raise it again. We did eventually get it, but the whole process felt frustrating and careless. We’ve dined at many steakhouses, both here and abroad and this experience didn’t come close. The lack of coordination, the chaos among the staff, and the overall vibe just made the evening feel anything but special. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. I hope the management seriously looks into these issues, because no one should leave a birthday dinner feeling this let down.

    So good and the steaks are superb and salads are also good. Their baked potatoes are big just like in the US. Their desserts are also delicious
