Longhi's Ko Olina
Nice setting near the water features of the hotel ( not the ocean) and quiet environment. Not loud at all and quite spacious. Everyone from the hostess to the helpers and the waitress were friendly and pleasant. Food was just ok. Then again, food was very below par at Minas at the 4 seasons just up the walkway - Longhis is a better value than that by far but still a bit more than it was worth. Mai tai was good too.
We were greeted and seated immediately. The four of us were impressed with the table and the view was stunning. Server was on the ball and had a sense of humour. Appetizers were abundant. Food came quickly and hot. Two of us had the special and they said it was delicious. Another dish was the pasta with clams and that was done right. The rigatoni bolonese was nice. Pasta was a little overdone for my taste but otherwise good. Desserts were fabulous. Thank you to the team at Longhi’s for a delightful experience. Planning to go back before we leave
A little on the pricey side but the quality was outstanding. The best meal I have had in a long time.
We were there also on Christmas Eve at 7:05pm after telling the hostess our name Leider she responded immediately without checking the list “We have no Leider!” Good thing the second hostess check the list and said yes we have Leider and led us to the table! I was little worried if we can find any table anywhere at that time? Our son then told us she heard Lighter! Same on New Year Eve at 6:30pm now I knew she misheard her response same again “We have no Leider!” She never learned to check the list or to say “Sorry we do not carry lighter!” New Year Eve the waitress forgot my husband Longhi Longhi salad and the bread? He finally asked and got the bread after finishing his main course then canceled the salad! Good thing now he had room for dessert! Overall we love the food there!
Poor service, we were not informed of items the restaurant were out of stock of until we went to order, then were told we couldn’t have what we wanted. No alternative milks.
Hostess was horrible
A little strange because they were out of all fish due to a late shipment; however the location convenience can’t be beat. Valet parking is the way to go...$2 with validation! Arrive a little early to take a stroll by the lagoon if you have time. Highly recommend the crab salad sandwich and garlic fries.
They were out of everything- no fresh fish, no lobster, so we had to have pasta. We were very disappointed. . Just basic nothing special.
Ambiance is very good, bar waitress nice and helpful, and food was good. However overall it was disappointing. We were a group of 4 with a reservation for 8:15 who arrived 10 minutes early but were ignored by 3 apparent hosts discussing other issues for 10 or more minutes. Then we asked if we could wait in the bar, and were ushered there where we ordered drinks and we had to ask 45 minutes later about our table. Still not seated until after 9:15. Food was good when it came but we didn't leave until 10:30 after all the waiting, and that was without dessert. May not return ourselves.
Food was bad
5 items we tried to order... they were out of... clams, carpaccio, ribeye, dessert
Great restaurant at the Marriott Ko Olina Resort. Great food, great service, well-stocked bar, and outdoor ambience. Go and relax and have a good time, we always do.
We were there for Christmas , my steak was overcooked , my cocktail was terrible and the very nice wait person took it back to the bartender and she promptly started scolding her very loudly! The entire restaurant could hear her. We were very close to the bar so it was uncomfortable to say the least . The other bartender made a new drink and it was a little better. We’ve been going to Longhis for a very long time , we were regulars at the Ala Moana location . Maybe it was Christmas stress and I will go back and give it another go in the future . The manager did give us half off the steak .
Prices were 3x of the online menu. There was no Lunch Menu! Only brkfst and brunch menues @ 2 pm. Disgsting! Don't go!
A rain storm was raging outside Longhi’s and we were greeted immediately. Service was fast and friendly. Ordering was easy. The food was delivered perfectly cooked. Conversation was pleasant and dessert was amazing. We paid separately and my companions card was declined. She asked to have it run again and it was declined again. I paid for my friend and all was well. Thank you for a great meal and service!
I was surprised to have had such a poor experience at this restaurant, which is in the middle of a high-end resort. The food was fair to mediocre - only one of four entrées was good. The rest were lacking flavor. Prices were quite high for the small amount of food provided. Our server was disinterested at best and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Keep in mind the restaurant was only 25% full, so it wasn’t because she was busy. The hostess who sat us, and the staff member who filled our water were both quite friendly.
We will not return to this restaurant.
More of a "family experience" rather than a "fine dining for couples." It was a little noisier than we would have liked but the food was amazing!!
Beautiful setting next to the koi pond at sunset. Food was prepared extremely well. Service was attentive but not intrusive.
Food was outstanding and the service was very good. The atmosphere is very good.
A bit of mixed bag with enough lapses in service to detract from the evening. One salad was lovely, one not notable, the other food was good. We had a reservation in Happy Hour.
The Ahi seared tuna was prepared just right and very delicious. My husband had the salmon dish which was also very well prepared and delicious.
Wait help remarkable and helpful
Went for my girlfriend’s birthday. Waitress was nice and even brought out a birthday açaí bowl since it was morning time.
We stayed at a different resort and wanted to try a different place. It’s a beautiful setting and the service and food were spot on!
Our waitress was very pleasant and the view lovely. The food was better than expected . The price point was half of the cost of the hotel we’re actually staying at- thankfully !
Very nice meal. Everyone liked their food, but my dish was a bit bland for my taste but excellent service and attention to detail made up for that.
We had 6:30 Fri reservations and we’re seated quickly. The service was very good. Had the Chicken Parmesan; chicken was cooked nicely but the sauce seemed “dry” or too thick. Maybe the piccata would have been better. The Longhi’s filet was sliced and cooked nicely.
According to the waitress, the turkey came from Oregon, and it was advertised as fresh organic. It smelled and tasted like turkey, and it was so moist and tender. The price was right and they gave more food than I could eat, so there is the "traditional" Thanksgiving left overs. I haven't eaten turkey like that for a long time, and I hope to make it a Thanksgiving tradition. The grounds are so lovely, and we could have lounged on the main chairs or at the beach for however long we wanted. Terrific resort!
So far the worst meal we have had this trip. Service was very poor and food extremely overpriced for what was received when I compare it to the other alternatives in the area. We saw our server once at the onset of our drink and food order. From there our food was brought out by another person and our waitress did not return until ten minutes later to ask if everything was okay. She had recommended a certain entree which was not prepared as described. We also ordered a veal porterhouse which was flavorful and cooked to the correct temperature however the cut was poor, full of fat and extremely tough to cut. I realize the veal cut is smaller but I think I was able to get 3 ounces out of it. Not a $55 steak. In all, this meal did not live up to price and service was beyond displeasing.
Rib steak must have been cut from a cow I didn’t recognize
Anniversary dinner very nice
Never a dull moment, never bad customer service, and never bad food. I love coming to this place, one of my favorite restaurants!
The ambience was perfect! Our server was awesome!!
Service was excellent, light dinner, Maine lobster salad was very good switched out the dressing because not a fan of feta cheese . Calamari was cooked perfectly . Husband had chicken breast with marsala sauce . He enjoyed it but said he liked my salad better, . Would dine there again and recommend
Our server was very nice and attentive. We were given a table near the koi pond as I requested and the restaurant is in a very nice location. The food was not so great. My wife had the surf and turf and her lobster was very dry. My steak ( ribeye) was cooked as I requested but was not very good. The concierge recommended Roy's and in hindsight we should have trusted her.
The food was delicious. Good service. A bit over price but overall good
Good restaurant; however, a little pricey for me. The service was pretty good.
