1. I requested outdoor seating by sending a message through the app. I never heard back. 2. I called and requested outdoor seating several hours before my reservation. When we arrived, we were sitting indoors. 3. One person in my party ordered cheese fries. He received regular fries and then was charged for cheese fries. 4. One person asked to get his pop refilled a couple of times and it never happened. 5. One person requested water and it never came. 6. There were 9 people in our party. 8 of us were served at the same time. But my husband's food didn't initially come. By the time it finally arrived, it had been so long that 3 of us were finished eating. 7. My brother asked for ketchup when his burger arrived. Halfway through his meal he asked for the ketchup again because it hadn't come. The ketchup arrived about 5 minutes after he finished his meal. 8. One person was supposed to get ranch sauce for his wings. It didn't come, so he mentioned it as soon as he got his meal. It came after he was finished eating. 9. One person ordered a chimichanga which was supposed to have cilantro, but there was no cilantro in it. 10. One person ordered a beer as soon as we arrived. Halfway through our meal the beer still hadn't come, so he had to request it again. We were a nice group and spent a lot of money (5 of us ordered alcohol as well as our meals). But given this experience, we would not return.

I used the male accessible bathroom. I lifted the lid and the seat was ready to fall off. My wife used the bathroom upstairs and 3 of the 4 stalls were out of order I ordered the Taco Salad with the Taco beef. The Taco beef was too dry. My wife had the Fajita Bowl and it was alright. The seating is terrible. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm. They brought us to a table that was so cramped that I could barely sit down. Rock hard wood benches and a table that is too low. I asked for a table with chairs but all were taken. We were moved to another table that was moveable with 2 chairs and a bench. The other couple with us said this would be better. Overall not a great experience

We were excited to celebrate Father's Day and a 13th Birthday on Sunday evening and both the service and the food were fantastic!

I go to lone star a decent amount and I have to say that though i have previously noticed a decline in their service, this was one of the worst experiences i’ve had there. Our service was extraordinarily slow despite there being very few patrons on a sunday and a lot of requested items were forgotten and had to be asked for numerous times before finally receiving them. I even had to get up and walk to the bar at one point to ask for the creamer for my coffee that i had asked for twice already and had not received. Then the person who delivered our food (not our server) asked if he could get us anything else and upon asking for items that had been forgotten and a refill on drinks he sighed heavily in frustration of us asking. it was the most awkward experience I have ever had at a restaurant. This location seems to seriously be deteriorating in service.

Went with my daughter for the wing special and a drink. We sat in the patio, which was extremely clean and well maintained. Service was excellent, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter had the breaded "Tequila Lime" which iIsampled and they we great. I had 2 orders of naked wings, Nashville Hot and Honey Hot. They both were ok but next time I'll order the breaded or request sauce on the side. Will be back. Cheers.

Food was delicious but service was super slow because the place was packed! While the food was so good the drinks were not. I was very disappointed with my margaritas for the first time ever from lonestar.

We arrived after 8pm for the deal half price nachos and wings. Had drinks which were nice but the food but the food was disappointing. The Nachos were on the menu claimed to serve 2 to 3 people. We ordered 2 lbs of wings. We were 4 people thinking we might order up a second nachos. Thing is what we received for nachos was really not enough even for one person. We would have to go back to see what one would get if it was at the full price as it makes me think that the half price also meant it is not the same size as what you would get if you ordered earlier. So we basically got a small nachos for a 1/2 person at full price. The wings were tasty but after trying a couple we realized they were more than half under cooked with bloody chicken once you got through the coating. Now we showed this to the waitress and she did remove one of the wings off the bill. Would have been better to actually get properly cooked wings as we left hungry and totally disppointed with the food

banjo was my server , he didn't play the banjo. He noticed my walker. And suggested I eat in the closed area. as I couldn't go up stairs. The food was excellent. I had the steak fajitas and it was a little cheaper being Fajita Tuesday. I would go back again and again.

Stayed at hotel next door. Harley was our server. She was knowledgeable about both the menu and the area, she was just AWESOME. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Ottawa. Remember, hard to go wrong with fajitas and margaritas.

This was meant to be a special celebration: Mother's Day; there were 2 mothers that were being celebrated. We were shown to our seats, and the server came over to take our orders. I felt we were being a bit rushed, but that wasn't a huge issue. Our appetizer Guacamole was a bit insipid. A little salt could have saved the whole thing. Our food appeared not long after the order was placed. About 5 minutes later, someone (not our server), came over to see if everything was okay. We told him that it might be, but we would never know as we had not received our utensils! He apologised, and told us that he was going to inform our server! It was several minutes before we saw the utensils. By then, the food had cooled down quite a bit. I had identified myself as a Lone Star sizzler at the start, but we were never offered any extra chip and salsa as per the website. We felt forgotten throughout the evening.
