   Our server Jasper was amazing. Wonderful experience because of her. I the past I have had terrible experiences at this location so it was a pleasant change. Kudos to Jasper!!

   We ordered queso and have had it many times before, but tonight, there was a ton of black pepper on the top. It made it inedible. Our waitress was also working the bar and service was way below what we usually experience. Unfortunately not a great night at one of our favourite places to go.

   Our dinner service was terrible. Our waitress paid little attention to our table. If we needed anything, it would take 15 mins to get her attention. At one point, I got up to walk to the bar to request our own drink refills after a while of not being able to track her down.

   When I arrived, I asked to be seated at a booth and they told me there was no booth available even though I saw a couple booth seats that were empty and I had made a reservation. At the table I was brought to, there was no cutlery available and the server never brought us any and we had to ask for napkins after our dinner was over. While ordering my food, the waiter tried to tell me I couldn't get a substitute in my meal even though I asked for it before. After I said it was done before he said he will ask the kitchen. Overall, the customer service aspect could have been better.

   Service and taste was great. Quantity of food was low given price per meal. Quesadillas had minimal protein/cheese and sides/condiments minimal.

   I know it was a busy time but we didn’t receive our food for almost an hour. I did have children with me so I thought it might have been a bit quicker, but all in all it was very good

   The portions keep getting considerably small. I had taken my daughter for her birthday celebration and not a big deal but it is a thoughtful gesture to get a free birthday treat but we were advised they stopped doing that as well. You can see the restaurant is declining, which could be seen by how empty it was. It is truly a shame, it used to be a great experience, pricey but generous portions and good food with family atmosphere

   It’s been awhile since I visited the barrhaven location. What a disappointment! My chicken fajitas came out over an hour after ordering burnt. The cheese in the condiment boat was dry and hard. Waitress needs to be better trained on service! I will not be going back to that location

    We had chicken fajitas as usual. They were not as good as they could be. Tasted like the chicken was cooked in advance and was just warmed up. The service was outstanding. Food not so much.
