Extremely slow service. We waited ages for our starter. The for the mains, 3 of the 4 of us were served first, the 4th person had to wait 10 mins for his main. My main was not hot either, luke warm at best. Tip was built into the bill too! Really poor effort all round, cannot recommend.

Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Bit of a mixed experience. Waiting staff very friendly and obviously trying hard. Food not great, including a panacotta that was advertised as coming with a fruit sauce that turned out to be a spoonful of strawberry jam! It was taken off the bill when we complained but shouldn't have been served in the first place. Feels like an unloved outpost of the Benugo empire.

Very friendly service. My portion was very small (Thai Green Curry), not great value for money. But I had a few good experiences and will go back.

The staff were excellent and made us very welcome. We each had a 3 year-old with us and the staff were all so kind and understanding. We were not made to feel rushed and the boys enjoyed the colouring etc provided. Really nice food and we all ate well. My advice to anyone visiting the Museum of London is to eat at London Wall to make the whole trip more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

This was a good place to arrange a meeting. We did have some issues finding the place at the start but once we were there the staff were lovely. We had lunch and the food was very nice. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Rude staff and a mouse infestation! Avoid this place at all costs! We were not greeted when we arrived and had to hunt someone down just to show us to our table. We had to wave someone down again to order and again for the bill. To top it all off we saw a mouse running around while we ate our dinner - needless to say this put us off our food. I would be shocked if this place has passed any kind of health and safety standards. Definitely one to avoid.

Came on a Sunday lunch after visiting Museum of London. It was very quiet and had a kids eat free option so was a quick and easy choice. My pizza was very nice, fresh from the pizza oven but my son's was raw and had to be sent back and remade, although we were offered a free hot drink for that. The child's brioche burger wasn't available and was replaced by a pizza. The chimichurri chicken burger was 'alright, basic' and the kids fish fingers were fine but highly salted. They did get free pudding and drink with theirs as well so overall the bill was £28 for 2 adults and 2 children without extra drinks which is good value but the food wasn't anything special. Overall, there are so many other options within 5 mins walk of here I think it's probably worth exploring other options unless you are just going for a fresh pizza with kids.
