The appetizer was tasty, but we weren't sure it was calamari. The tortellini had an odd, gamey taste. Not sure what kind of meat stuffing was used. Odd experience. We usually have all 5s for every category.

Lombardo’s is our “go to” restaurant for dinner on nights before we have a morning flight out of St. Louis. (We live two hours away and spend the night near the airport when we have a flight before 9 am.) We love Lombardo’s. The food is great and the service is excellent! Having dined there for 30+ years, I can tell you that their staff is loyal and has been with the restaurant for many years. First, ORDER THE TOASTED RAVIOLI! Word has it that this St. Louis staple was invented by Lombardo’s. True or not, it is the best you’ll ever eat. This past visit, my wife had the liver and onions with bacon, again! She loves liver and onions, especially the way Lombardo’s prepares it. It was terrific as always. Now as for me I hate liver… but I’m glad she gets her fix at Lombardo’s. I usually order the Veal Saltimbocca, or the Veal Chop when it is on special. Last night, one of the specials was haddock in lemon cream sauce with mushroom risotto and asparagus. I asked our server, Britta what she would recommend and she told me the haddock. It was delicious! I thanked her again and again for the recommendation. Finally I will say that Britta and every server at Lombardo’s does a terrific job. And we have had all of their regular servers take care of us over the years. Lombardo’s is one of St. Louis’ best kept secrets. It’s well worth the visit!

Very nice evening. Lobster stuffed ravioli for an appetizer was very good. My steak was very good also. Would recommend for a special evening out.

Very quiet environment. Good background music. Our waitress was timely and made good menu suggestions. The veal was delicious.

Our party of four all enjoyed our meals. The Veal Parmesan and Gorgonzola Chicken were fabulous. Service was on point, though the real star of the menu is the Toasted Ravioli. There is only one other restaurateur in St. Louis that offers T-Ravs that are close to Lombardos….don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy the best T-Ravs is StL

The food was extraordinary, particularly for the limited menu on Valentine's Day. Service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The ambiance was great. The food was a very good value. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
