   We had reservation at 2:30pm, we waited for an hour, there were 20-30 people waiting and standing, it was very chaotic,I will never go back!

   Gorgeous place with good food but this restaurant is absolutely horribly managed. We will never go back. They were exceedingly overbooked for Mother's Day to the point where we and many others were waiting upwards of 45 minutes for our tables, despite having a reservation. Under normal circumstances this would be annoying, but on Mother's Day, when many if not most families (including my own) have young children in tow? Unacceptable. Due to being too busy, the service was also abysmal. We had to ask several times for cutlery, plates and napkins AFTER food was delivered to the table, we waited just short of an hour for our mains to arrive, and the highchair we requested never materialized. Oh, and not to mention sound system issues that meant the 'live entertainment' (a singer with a karaoke machine) was blaring directly above our table, frightening our two-year-old and not allowing for reasonable conversation. For a restaurant of this calibre and at this price point, it was a shockingly disjointed and unpleasant dining experience. While the restaurant is beautiful and the food was quite good, we didn't particularly enjoy anything about it and looked forward to leaving.

   Waited over an hour after our reservation for our table. Manager said she’d bring us something for our inconvenience but never did. Food was mediocre. Service was just ok and a little lacking. Plates chipped. Restaurant itself is lovely.

   It was a fantastic Sunday brunch. The tables around ours seemed to have a good time. Food was delicious, the seafood was fresh and tasty. The ambience was delightful. Service was prompt and respectful. Great Food, Great Time makes a Great restaurant.

   Overall disappointing… expected food to be executed better. Barely lukewarm , lacking seasoning. Expected better but now understand why it’s rated 3.9 … just wasn’t what should be given for price point. Definitely paying for the location feeling.

   This was a truly disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant's reputation, the service we received was far below expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a chaotic atmosphere, which was understandable given the holiday. However, it quickly became apparent that the staff was overwhelmed and ill-prepared for the crowd. Once seated, the service continued to falter. Our server was visibly stressed and seemed to forget our drink orders, which took another 20 minutes to arrive. When our food finally came, it was lukewarm and subpar What frustrated me the most was when the manager came over and admitted that they had underestimated the number of guests for Mother’s Day. While I appreciate the honesty, it doesn’t excuse the poor service and lack of preparation. A restaurant of this caliber should be able to handle a busy day like Mother’s Day without compromising the quality of service and food. Avoid holiday dining at all costs.

    The food and the ambiance were perfect but the service was terrible, our waitress barely spoke to us, she forgot our order, we asked her about something at least 3 times for her bring it. And at the end she gave us back the tip because it was too low according to her.
