   Awful food. Food was raw. Had to be sent back. Service not good. Would never go backs. Complete waste of money.

   La anfitriona que te guía a las mesas no tenía la mejor actitud , nos sentó en el patio en una mesa muy pequeña debajo de un ventilador muy fuerte , le dijo que esa mesa nos gustó , luego nos llevó a otra mesa peor , fuera de esto el lugar y la comida está muy bueno , si las personas van aquí a pasar un buen momento , asegúrense de que así sea please

   Update: We have been at Lombardi many more times since my last review. Things got even better. The snobbish attitude of the staff seem to be gone now and this place is still high class with very friendly atmosphere. JJ bartender at the bar make the BEST bruised dirty martinis! ------------------------------- Previous review: We have been to this chic restaurant twice so far. When you enter the restaurant you will be greeted by the smiling faces. First thing you will notice inside is the elegant looking large bar. Your cocktail quality will depend on which bartender makes your drink as such my martinis varied from one to another. You will not go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. They are absolutely delicious. I will not recommend any of the appetizers though, bread that they bring you to the table is good enough as they are so tasty. I would recommend going to Lombardi earlier than 8:00 PM because it tends to get crowded and starts looking like a club crowd instead of a sophisticated Italian restaurant as it is.

   We came as a group of 4 for a special birthday lunch. The service was outstanding (?Gerard with NOLA background). The food could not have been more creative and delicious - Cacio e Pepe salad and pasta - superb. Thank you so much for the little birthday surprise dessert!
