   This place is beautiful and the first time I went had an amazing time and lovely evening. Yesterday was opposite of that. Ordered three different drinks from their cocktails menu and did not have them, then settled for a glass of wine and all my friends got their drinks, finished them, and I still didn't have my wine. Food was wonderful, but then ordered coffee and it was cold. So needless to say, last night's experience was a nothing like before and a disappointing one especially when taking all my girlfriends.

   Food and service is always very good. My beef is that this is the 2nd time in 4 dinners that extra items showed up on my bill. This time an extra $140 bottle of wine and last time a magnum price for a standard bottle of champagne. Both were when I had larger groups with multiple charges. You should always check your bill I suppose, but never more so than at Lombardi.

   We had reservation at 2:30pm, we waited for an hour, there were 20-30 people waiting and standing, it was very chaotic,I will never go back!

   Gorgeous place with good food but this restaurant is absolutely horribly managed. We will never go back. They were exceedingly overbooked for Mother's Day to the point where we and many others were waiting upwards of 45 minutes for our tables, despite having a reservation. Under normal circumstances this would be annoying, but on Mother's Day, when many if not most families (including my own) have young children in tow? Unacceptable. Due to being too busy, the service was also abysmal. We had to ask several times for cutlery, plates and napkins AFTER food was delivered to the table, we waited just short of an hour for our mains to arrive, and the highchair we requested never materialized. Oh, and not to mention sound system issues that meant the 'live entertainment' (a singer with a karaoke machine) was blaring directly above our table, frightening our two-year-old and not allowing for reasonable conversation. For a restaurant of this calibre and at this price point, it was a shockingly disjointed and unpleasant dining experience. While the restaurant is beautiful and the food was quite good, we didn't particularly enjoy anything about it and looked forward to leaving.

   Waited over an hour after our reservation for our table. Manager said she’d bring us something for our inconvenience but never did. Food was mediocre. Service was just ok and a little lacking. Plates chipped. Restaurant itself is lovely.

    I'm willing to go again because Mother's Day was busy but it was no excuse for our waiter messing up 3 times on our order. His excuse was that he was tired and my recommendation was stay home the next time. Then he said I hope you can understand. I said, I don't. The ambiance was nice, food was bland, could have been better if it was seasoned correctly. I had to repeat myself several times for what I needed to give the food some taste. Again, I'll return when things aren't so hectic, hopefully with another wait staff and food better seasoned.
