   Usually, I don’t like to write negative reviews. But, today is the day. After making a reservation to a place that I have seen multiple times but never dined in. I cast the dice. The venue was open and many seating options. I would recommend outside as inside was way too loud, I could not hear my partner speak, at normal conversation levels. I would not recommend this place for the hard of hearing or a couple looking for a romantic dining experience. Food was nothing spectacular both my partner chicken and my pork for my ramen bowl were over cooked and barely edible. I would have complained to my server, but she disappeared. We only saw here three times during our visit. Overall it was one of our worst dining experiences in the last couple of years.

   Our server was named Winter and she was very attentive, offered suggestions and was very kind. We sat outside in the balcony and the outdoor heaters worked great. They had a live DJ inside the restaurant that had everyone enjoying their meal. Food was delicious!! Cocktails were on point- full bar, beer taps and wine. Would eat there again!

   The food was ok. I felt that the ramen had zero flavor and was a salt bomb. The service and DJ were awesome.

   We arrived at 9:15 for our reservation and the whole staff just seemed to be worried about letting us know that they would be closing at 10. I really didn’t think they meant closing at 10 but wanting to leave at 10. I would’ve been more okay with them telling us we can’t seat you than picking up chairs and moving lamps and heaters around us the whole time. Even our server felt the need to mention that all the sauces had been picked up because they were preparing to close. Really awkward experience and food wasn’t worth it.

   Food was ok. It’s basically hotel food. For the price there are better restaurants. Service was good, we had a table on the deck. Good view, food was just not very good. The red dragon roll was horrible. The spicy tuna on the roll was not good. The karaage was good and the skirt steak. That’s it. I wouldn’t go back.
