    I have been coming here for years, and it continues to be one of my three favorite restaurants in Cleveland. The service and food are impeccable. The restaurant is upscale, but not pretentious. I was here last night and the menu has been updated since my last visit, so we have new things to trys. The filet and salmon are wonderful, as are the pasta dishes--I am addicted to the meatballs and meat sauce. The ceasar is excellent and the tiramisu is the best I have had--including the three times I tried in Rome last month! We usually sit at a table in the bar, but I have often sat in the dining room, which is lovely. (I have also gone alone a couple of times; I'm female and very comfortable sitting at the bar--people are friendly.) Very highly recommend!

    Always a terrific place for dinner and drinks. Service, food atmosphere = refined, cozy, lovely. Noise level was low. Such a comfortable and relaxing place to dine! Is there any way to add a structure/feature to make the patio quieter from the rush hour traffic?

    Came here for lunch with my mom and the service was exceptional. We shared the calamari, the beet and arugula salad, and the seafood risotto (highly recommended by our server). Everything was incredible and well worth the price point. I will be returning!

    I have eaten here on multiple occasions and this is the first time LockKeepers was less than outstanding in any category. Went to celebrate a college graduation and my party observed many tables ordering the Seafood Risotto with a lobster tail on top. One member of my group couldn't resist. We also had Chicken Al Matone (their version of chicken piccata) and panko-crusted scallops. The latter two were fantastic; can't say the same about the risotto. It was undercooked and too fishy. None of us liked it, so we sent it back rather than trade entrees. This was a first for two of us. To the restaurant's credit, there were no questions asked. A manager even came over to check on things and apologize. We also received a complimentary dessert. Appreciate the way LockKeepers handled the situation. It won't change my opinion of the place. Top-notch food and great service. High marks for the beet salad and artichoke appetizer we ordered and shared.

    We celebrated our Golden Anniversary with our son and DIL. Our first time at Lockkeepers and I thought it the perfect choice for the occasion. 3 of us shared the calamari and it was delicious and enough for all of us. The entrees were also tasty with interesting combos My DIL and I had the Linguini, ramp, tomato scampi special, my son another scampi special and my husband the lasagna. We cleaned our plates and then had desserts. They also brought us a complimentary drink to toast our anniversary which was very delicious. The waiter was attentive, informative but not too much and let our meal progress at a leisurely pace, so that we could enjoy our company and the food. The restaurant was full and so the noise level was a bit higher than I would have liked although I could still converse. The dress suggested is smart casual which I’m not sure about. My DIL and I wore skirts with heels and my husband wore a suit. I saw a few more suits but most men had dress pants and shirts sans tie and ladies wore pants with a sweater. We had a really enjoyable evening and will certainly go there again

    My husband and I made reservations for our anniversary. We were seated right away, water and a basket of bread also brought out right away. Our servers name was Michael and he was wonderful! We got a complimentary glass of wine as well as dessert for the occasion. The food was wonderful and our servers name was so attentive. We never had to ask for more water, drinks etc. he was always right on top of things. We had such a great dinner. Can’t wait to go back.
