Seating in the Lobby Lounge is currently available on a walk in basis. Register when you arrive at the lobby by seeing our host near the bar area. For more information, please contact the restaurant directly at 647-788-8281.

The Lobby Lounge is a destination where art and architecture are emphasized. Guests find themselves in the 90-seat Lobby Lounge – an urban living room – where natural light streams through two-story windows highlighting large scale paintings, sculpture and an Italian handcrafted Fazioli piano set amid furniture vignettes in contemporary dove-grey leather sofas and chairs.

From a refined afternoon tea service to a pre-show cocktail or an evening filled with live music and entertainment, the Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La promises an experience where memories are made in every moment.

                                                This was our second time at the afternoon tea experience at Lobby Lounge and we had an excellent time. Delia was our host and she had impeccable service, explaining the entire menu and accommodation any special requests. Much recommended.

                                                Our high tea experience was mixed. The first round of savory items was disappointing and unappetizing, but the second round of sweet treats was delicious. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the price point didn't match the quality. Having tried high tea at several places, this one fell short and wouldn't be worth repeating. Perhaps a one-time visit, but not a recommendation.

                                                Overall experience was ok, but in the shangri la I expected ‘great’. Here are the improvements I’d make: - Food wasn’t amazing. High tea at the Four Seasons has better food. - Staff was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up. More staff is needed - I’m not sure what the hotel can do about it, but there were people around us with having phone calls with their phone on speaker. Not great while you’re talking with your partner. What the four seasons does in this regard is doing high tea in an area that is not the lobby.

While the savory dishes could’ve benefited from a bit more seasoning , the overall experience was delightful. Each bite was a culinary delight, particularly the dessert dishes.
