It was a lovely afternoon. I think it’s a bit expensive for what it is but it’s nice none the less.

The food was not fresh, seems like it was ordered from a bakery and brought in. There were too many sweets and not enough savories at the tea. Tea was not refreshed after it got cold. It was $500 for three people to have what amounted to half a sandwich each and too many stale sweets.

I had no idea it was a buffet until I arrived. There was no mention of it in the Open Table app and since there was a menu with prices on the site I assumed it was a regular sit down service. Since we went on Christmas Day and we were already there remote from other options I had no choice but to stay. Unfortunately I didn’t ask how much it was be in advance but again I was already committed. Upon receiving the bill for almost $400 for 2 people, I was pretty shocked. All we had was the standard buffet and one drink! According to the staff the description was clear in the app but when I showed them they just apologized and said that it was Open Tables fault for the problem. I’ve been using this app and service for years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed, but this was a big one to me.
