We are a family of 4 with 2 younger kids and we arrived late. I had a sent a message on the OpenTable “contact the restaurant” option to let the restaurant know, 20 minutes before our reservation time. When we arrived I gave the hostess my name and explained that we were late but I had contacted the restaurant through the app. The hostess said we were originally seated inside , did we still want that. I said yes and then proceeded to discuss with the other hostess how they would make that work. They acted as though the inside seating was completely full and were going to pull some huge strings to make that possible. (At the time there 4 4 tables seated and plenty of open seats, including 2 booths. The hostess gave me attitude and said “ next time maybe call so they can actually tell us.” Okay, cool understandable, maybe they didn’t het the massage through the OT app. I let that go. Service: was not great. It took almost 15 mins for a server to come and take our drink orders. Luckily we had already taken a look at the menu online so we knew what we were going to order. However, we quickly found out that the “served all day menu” was actually not being served all day and there were zero kids menu items offered on the breakfast menu before 11am. Luckily my kids are not picky eaters and were able to find items on the breakfast menu (which only had 5 meal options and 3 additional sides.) My husband said his was black coffee was pretty good. I ordered a coconut cloud with almond milk which was $8. It tasted like watered down coffee with a thin layer of coconut foam on it. Overall it was not worth $8 in my opinion. The kids ordered chocolate milks and they never came. After another 15 minutes, I went up to the cafe area and told them and they said they’d bring them right over. It took another 15 minutes for them to actually arrive. By that time, my kids were pretty much done eating.

What a great dinner and experience! Loved both of our dishes. We got the skirt steak with chimmichurri and vegetables and the simple pasta dish and both were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back. It was also very kid friendly outside.

Weather was perfect for sitting outside, drinks were great (frose definitely better than i imagined ) food was very good.

Service is consistently slow and inattentive. A lot of young kids talking and excessively standing around using phones. We do enjoy the ambience and the food so keep coming back.

Food was great. Service a little slow, but the restaurant was fairly busy and my wife and I weren’t exactly in a rush to leave so we didn’t mind too much.

When I arrived around 5:30, half the patio was empty. The manager told me and another family (and everyone else who came in) that they were completely booked up with reservations and he couldn’t seat anyone or take names, etc. I sat down in their open seating area and was able to make a reservation for 5:45, and they sat us. The patio remained about 1/2 to 1/3 empty until we left a few hours later. Not sure if they don’t know what they’re doing, or are just trying to make it seem more “in demand” and “hard to get into” than it is - they turned people away all night for seemingly no reason. Service was good once we were sat, and food was decent. But make sure you make a reservation to avoid the drama

Overall a great experience! People working the host stand need additional training (we have been to the patio and all three interactions with the host stand took too long, hosts were somewhat confused with procedures, and hosts looked very overwhelmed). Also, consider moving the host stand outdoors, since the majority of your tables and customers are outdoors. Our server was great and the food was amazing!! Thank you!!

A special shout out to our server Lindsey. She is great. Love her personality and overall demeanor. Wish I could see her more often but I do not live in Columbus. I will return soon and will visit Littletons.
